Excellent service, got seated within a minute. Slow and not crowded at 5:30 on a Friday night. Food came out very quickly and tasted great. Pleasant well mannered server. Me and my son come here once a month.

Food was actually pretty good but the building is terrible, particularly in the winter. The front door opening as people come and go let's in a lot of cold air, not only in the front waiting area but definitely back in the dining room as well. I ate my entire meal with a winter coat on fully zipped up. Everyone was the same. Servers had coats or thick sweaters on. Really needs a double entry air gap.

The spinach and mushroom omelet was sitting in a pool of grease, and absolutely disgusting. The Atlantic salmon was dry and flavorless. $41 dollars down the drain because the food wasn't edible. Ihop used to have pretty decent food but this location was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. If you want to over pay for a horrible meal than this is the place for you. I've had better food from McDonald's and that's bad because they're just bad.

This new (or new to me)IHOP was cute. Staff were excellent. Mom is in a wheel chair and the seated us with in 10 mins with no problems. The food was good. Usual IHOP good.
