Chipotle Mexican Grill

Look I didn't want to leave a review as I don't normally want to complain online but when you call the number provided for the La Plata location you can't even get through to a real person. I ordered two different meals online. Both were supposed to have meat. Mine actually had extra in it. I get home and both meals have LITTLE TO NO MEAT. Mine had absolutely none. I paid for extra meat. Very disappointed with this experience. The being unable to speak to a live person is my biggest irritation with the whole thing honestly.

Amazing customer service they exceeded my expectations they went above and beyond! I usually go to the waldorf location because it is closer to me but I will no longer be going there. From now on I'll be coming here! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, my order was perfect, and they were patient when I asked questions! The food didn't look old and everything was delicious!

This is the one time the Waldorf location is better than the La Plata location. This location is my home Chipotle and let me say, I've had more bad than good experiences at this location. The online ordering is a joke, whether they get it completely wrong or it's super late past the pickup time there is always something wrong doing online pickup. The soda machine is either always flat or out, and I mean always! There has been a few times they are out of a main ingredient like white rice or black beans. And beware ordering chips, half the time they are old and stale. As much as I hate to say it, this location has really put a bad taste in my mouth and a distain for Chipotle and I hope they get their act together. If you want to deal with the Waldorf traffic and wait, go to that one, not this one.

I ordered through the chipotle app. VERY DISAPPOINTED. To start things off, there was ZERO rice in my bowl. I ordered double chicken. I got 1 portion of chicken. I ordered NO beans and somehow got double beans and also peppers, which I didn’t ask for. The entire bowl was basically a soup. The amount of water from the beans leaked through the bottom of the bowl and I couldn’t even bring myself to finish eating it. I usually don’t have these problems with chipotle but after today, I must say I’m very disappointed in their urge to please their customers.

This will be straight and to the point. The young lady making our food was in such a rush our food was thrown together which resulted in a sloppy mess. The restaurant itself needed a good cleaning, ie wipe the tables, sweep the food off of the floor, sanitize a bit as we are still in Covid-19. We watched a family of more than 6 come in with ice cream and sit down to eat. Yes, they finished their food but considering other paying Chipotle customers were in need of those seats, they should have been directed back to the ice cream shop to eat their. Hopefully, they will take note and clean the dining area a bit.
