Texas Roadhouse

We completed a pick up order through the website and it was ready ahead of time. We ordered appetizer cheese fries and a ribeye and shrimp combo, along with a half gallon of sweet tea. Pick up was seamless. I received a text when the order was ready and I walked right up to the window and was able to pick it up with no problem. The ladies working there were both friendly. Unfortunately, the meal wasn’t as good. The bread wasn’t the usual bread we know and love from a Texas roadhouse so that was really disappointing. The cheese fries are normally a favorite but not this time. There was really no flavor to it. The mac & cheese was also very bland. And the tea was not sweet. :( I think there may be a lot of things out of stock for the normal menu and so they’re deviating and using other options. It’s understandable. It’s just that we had certain expectations based on other visits and locations but unfortunately this location didn’t meet it.

This place was great! And our server Ryan was amazing! He really knows hospitality! We felt genuinely taken care of throughout our visit. And the food was cooked deliciously and the steak temps were spot on. When we went on a Saturday evening, we didn't have a reservation and was seated right away. I would definitely recommend this place! Their restrooms could use some cleaning throughout shifts, though.

We had a birthday celebration with 14. The hostess was pleasant and seated us soon after arrival Our waitress was outstanding. I dine out a lot and this is not always the case. Additionally, the food was delicious and hot when all 14 of us received it. Only thing is I wish there was the ability for big groups to sit at a long table together upon request. Great service and food.

I frequent Texas Roadhouse because of their exceptional customer service and wonderful food. It's not just a steakhouse, you can order anything on the menu and it's going to be delicious. If by chance it's not they will fix it. Not had that happen though. The rolls are my weakness with the cinnamon butter 🤤🤤 I also appreciate that a manager typically comes and makes sure you are enjoying your meal. Love this place ❤

I asked for the bacon cheeseburger to be cooked medium rare. I was received a burger that was seemingly only seared on both sides and RAW in the middle, cold to the touch. I asked for it to be sent back, and for them to remake it. When we received the check, they still charged us for it. I told them to take it off and they only gave us $5 off which is less than half the price of the item. **update** I called the store to tell the manager about my dissatisfaction, as they wanted me to do and they said they were to busy to talk to me. Money is clearly above customer satisfaction with management.

Our Server, Krystal, was excellent. I was one of eight who enjoyed having her make our visit great. She was attentive, extremely accurate, and friendly. The food was hot and very good.. The only reason I didn't give a five star is because we had a check-in time of 7:30 pm, but didn't get seated until about 8:17 pm.

I just started going back from about 7 yrs ago and last week my ordering experience for perfect! Unfortunately, today was a off day. My food portion size was noticeably smaller, it wasn't ready on time but it tasted excellent. I'm guessing it is because people are going back to eating out again. I will say it was very crowded so I'm not giving up on them.

Madison was absolutely AMAZING. We had a party of 8 and we were super hungry so of course we ordered almost everything on the menu lol. Madison served us with a smile and she did it super fast. She was even funny! She anticipated all of our needs before we even said anything. Even though the dining room was busy and Madison had several tables at once she made us feel like we were her only table. We will be asking for her from now on!
