A great big THANK YOU to the staff at McDonald's!! We were there a couple weeks ago and it was snowy and icy. My spouse fell in the parking lot and ended up in about 3-4 inches of icy water, I was at her side very quickly and helped her up (she wasn't injured). The staff at the drive thru yelled across the lot and asked if we were needed help (we didn't) and then said "I'll get your order replaced and bring it right out". And she did! By the time were were settled in the car she brought the replacement out. Thank you to whoever you are, your kind action was very appreciated.

Today, I visited the store and ordered my usual caramel iced coffee. As I entered, I typically felt content, looking forward to my visit. However, the store was bustling with customers, so a lady had to step away from the front to assist in the back. Meanwhile, an older gentleman began shouting, disregarding the fact that the store was filled with people. I found this display to be highly unprofessional. If it was necessary to communicate with his coworkers, he should have discreetly pulled them aside rather than publicly embarrassing them.

Long lines in hot sun is NEVER nice! Got the drinks last! Asked for ketchup is not nice! And seems like my fish burger shrunk several sizes not nice .

At 1:00 this afternoon, we purchased cheeseburgers, dbl cheeseburgers, chicken sand and nuggets, fries. Everything was good. However, they had no gogurt or chic milk and forgot the toy in the happy meal.
Little guy got totally cheated.

Come here a lot (not really). Good place to stretch your legs before getting back in the car and inevitably getting stuck behind some idiot going 50 in a 65 who then chooses to go like 80 when you try to pass them. 🪥

Filled up the car and grabbed breakfast for our daddy-daughter trip! So convenient. They did put ham on my egg & cheese by accident, but we just took it off and all is well.
