Menchies

Went into Menchie’s to treat myself and my girl to some frozen yogurt and it was the most mediocre experience ever. All of the yogurt machines were empty, 2 of all of them were working, and when I asked the guy he passive aggressively motioned in the direction of the machines that were unavailable. Him and the other worker were just chatting away and eating the toppings. Many new customers came and in and they left because the machines were empty. The employees were very passive aggressive and did not care for the customers. If I were the manager I would really take a look at the staff and consider hiring workers who have the customers best interest in mind.

So I got my ice cream I'm waiting for the cashier to come up and while she taking her time a little girl jumped in front of me and I was like whatever her mama paying but she pulling a Karen for waiting and got 50% off and taking forever to the point where my ice cream MELTED and I had to pay full price for pretty much milk. Smh. Never again

I'm usually not the type of person to leave a bad review but this was pretty bad as far as cleanliness goes . At first I didnt notice it I had already poured my yogurt into my cup even had a spoonful to taste when I attempted to add on some fruit . It very obvious the fruit was sour and beyond room temperature . The counters were sticky and looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day I had grabbed some water and to my surprise that was warm as well I had asked the cashier if they ice or cold water and she simply just answered "no" those were the only words she said to me she didnt even tell me my total and left to the back . I ended up throwing it away because I was leery on it since if the fruit was so bad in plain view then I could only imagine how it would be where the eye cant see . The only reason why I even paid for the yogurt was because I had tasted it prior to noticing the lack of cleanliness .
