Had a great experience at the drive thru today in the LaMarque location. The young man helped me choose since this was my first visit, was professional with a good attitude and had awesome manners.

Anytime I come to this location my experience has been awesome! Besides the great food the staff always goes above and beyond for me...especially the manager. I think his name is Ronald. I will continue to go there and also spread the word about the great service. Thanks Ronald!!!

This has to be our favorite location! So friendly, so professional, great customer service, and excellent portion sizes! Dickey's + family= memories! #Big D's is the place to be!!

We were given a rousing welcome upon entering. Service was great and friendly. Food was awesome and included some new menu items we'd not seen previously. We were treated with free samples of their new burnt ends which were very good. We're always happy with our visits to Dickey's but this was, perhaps, the best.

The new staff at the La Marque location is great! The Anniversary Sandwich combo was delicious! The variety of sauces and desserts were a delight THROUGH and THROUGH! The selection of meats and sides were plentiful but my preference remains the tender Pulled pork and the Baked Potato Casserole. Win/win everytime 💯🤘😎

I ordered a family classic meal through Uber Eats. The “new hire” didn’t give them all of our food, just the meat. I called Dickeys and they were very apologetic. I wasn’t upset, everyone makes mistakes, especially when you’re new to something. I just wanted the rest of the food I paid for, was even gonna load all the kids up and go pick it up. The kid over the phone was so sweet. He offered to bring it to us and threw in some extra sides and some free desserts. Definitely will order there again, but this time, I’ll pick it up. Thanks guys!

Tasted good, but the portions could have been a few ounces more. The spicy barbeque sauce can use a bit of sour fruit to throw back the sharp spice of chilly flake. Other than that was a good meal, thank you.

I had a wonderful experience here today. First of all, the food is amazing. Secondly, the staff is very friendly and their customer service is top notch.
I appreciate their dedication toward customer satisfaction. I forgot my debit card at the restaurant and the young man came all the way to my workplace to return it. Thank you so much for that. Keep up the awesome work!

The owners are amazing!!! The gentleman is hilarious. I was there as an Uber eats driver and he made my wait seem like it was only a few seconds. I was laughing almost the whole time.
Definitely going back to be a customer at some point. The place smelled amazing when I was walking out.

First time to eat there took my grandson he got brisket, the brisket was very tender very good I had chicken it was very tender very good. Potato salad almost like mom makes and I love to coleslaw. It hasn't been opened long but like everything else and every place give it a chance. I'm more than sure you will like it. The people are friendly they are trying to wait on you as fast as they can. Try it I know you'll like it.
