So I came into the store and had to wait 4-5min. for someone to come out from the back.Then my order wasn't ready and had to wait another 20 min. for my order to be done.

They get five stars because the staff are genuinely friendly and kind people. They were willing to problem solve to figure out how to place the order I wanted regardless of how long it would take. Bear with them. They are still learning the ropes. It has been years since I've been to Pizza Hut, but the pizza is still good. My sister liked the alfredo, and my children loved the seasoned fries, cheesy bread, and breadsticks.

Great app. User friendly, food was hot and driver was courteous. Sucks ranch is no longer a dip option but I guess you can't have everything. Overall, very satisfied.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low. I ordered five large cheese pizzas and five large pepperoni pizzas they were done in adequate timing and he insisted on helping carry them out. I'll be back 👌
