The food is great as usual. Service is less than desirable. Seems to be a large staff, but none of them are doing anything productive.

I was in the second line, on the phone with my pregnant girlfriend and she couldn't decide what she wanted with her patty melt.... The people who took the deliveries out were very patient on the sauces she wanted. She finished it on record time so it must have been good. Not to mention the main line was packed at midnight so the fact I got mine so fast was a game changer.

It's like an oasis in the desert! Don't miss the exit! The food is great, the staff is attentive, the place is clean, the restrooms are clean, the drive-thru is fast, they get your orders right! It's sort of in the middle of nowhere, though, around LaMarque, where there's a lit if construction on I-45.

It was National Whataburger Day. I wanted to celebrate so they were going to give me food. But i got an error message saying i had to call corporate hq (thats whataburger lingo for headquarters). I called and they answered. After explaining the sitch (more lingo) i was told this was going to upper management to be taken care of. Wow. Its been a couple of days now and i think i saw an unmarked car go by and a drone fly over my house. Im not saying it was WB squad but im just sayin.......i live whataburger!!!!!

Great staff. EVERYONE had a smile on their face. Super polite and inviting. Every detail attended to with perfection! Very UNLIKE most service you see now days. Kudos Whataburger!

Food is a hit and miss at this location. For the most part, cheese is never melted on the cheeseburgers. They need to be warmer so that the cheese melts. The lines here are always long. I hate when the person in drive thru stands so far away from the menu board that it's impossible to see the menu. I'm not a fan of the small handheld menus. I always say, im paying with cash so that I can go to the actual menu to order through the speaker. I wish this location was better. It's just not the case. I stop here only when there isn't another one I can go to. If the lines were shorter and of the burgers were warmer, it wouldn't be so bad.
