I was given the wrong order when I got my food. The only thing they got right was my drink. I went back and asked them to rectify it and give me coupons as a consolation.
I do ask that you look at your orders prior to leaving and for sonic workers to double check the contents of their bags they deliver. Reasons being if the customer was allergic to something and they didnt catch that item they could get super sick.
The management team was nice to fix my order and to give me coupons for my next visit. You guys are better than this!

Just moved back to La Junta last year after living in another state for 10 years. I have been to this Sonic 10 times since moving back. Out of that I have only ever received my order correct twice. Last night was the final straw though. I ordered 4 blasts and all 4 we're so over turned they were melted softer than whipped cream. When I went to remove one from the drink carrier the cup squished and the blast flowed over. Now I have to get my seat deep cleaned to get rid of the milk before the warmer weather hits in the next couple days to keep from getting a rotting milk smell from forming in the car. So disappointed in this place. Went one time and had to move to 3 different stalls after waiting 5 minutes at each one for a simple “Hello”. Try again this evening, this time going through the drive through where I was going to place a rather large $ amount order but, since I said “strawberry shake” in my order, I was sent to a stall. Guess what…no one answered my button push. Go figure. While sitting there waiting for 10 minutes, the gentleman next to my stall (who was there before me) got out of his vehicle and approached the carhop asking where his food was, poor thing didn’t have an answer for him. Meanwhile the lady on the other side of me (again, there before me) yelled out “good luck, we’ve been here waiting too” as she put her car in reverse and left. Still with no acknowledgement of my button push, I too left. We won’t be going back to this location again

Stopped in for a quick bite. Yes it was busy but while sitting there waiting for them to come on the speaker 2 people pulled up and received food before they even asked what we wanted. Got our food all was good except they didn't add the jalapeños to the burrito that we had ordered so when they returned with our change we mentioned that the jalapeños were not put in the burrito. The waiter said they would remake the burrito. 5 min later another waiter came out and said the manager wouldn't let them remake it and handed us a cup of jalapeños instead of remaking the item. Will never stop there again

I haven't ordered here for 2 months and decided to give you all another chance. You've lost my service period. Why do I "STILL" have to wait forever for cold food and the wrong order?! I get there are bad days. I started in fast food but why is it always a bad day here?! No one listens or does their job right anymore!

I ain't even gonna lie this was the best experience I've ever had at a Sonic in my life!! Hell best service I've had at fast food anywhere period!! The staff was great!! My food was at my window less than 2 minutes after I ordered it!!! Both times I ordered!!!

The staff was nice, and got the order out quickly. But the blasts weren't even mixed with the toppings, it was just a cup full of ice cream with a scoop of stuff on top..will keep going to rocky ford sonic...

Service was extremely slow and very rude employee at the drive thru window. Only went through the drive thru because nobody answered us when we tried ordering at the park & order spots. We sat and waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were trying to order. Poor poor service and it wasn't the first time we had a bad experience at this location
