The food here is fresh and delicious! Generous servings, large smoothies. They didn’t have gluten free bread, but we’re happy to offer me something I could eat. I love the way Mandy interacts with her customers - she clearly cares for everyone who walks into her cafe. Thanks, Mandy!

I passed three Starbucks's and a McDonalds to find an independent coffee shop and I regret nothing. Mandy is the awesome-est coffee shop owner ever! Within minutes of me walking in the door she declined to accept the 45 cents of change for my 2.45 coffee, adds complimentary peanut butter to my protein shake, and gave me a free salad around closing time. She's also knowledgeable and fun to talk to about cryptocurrencies. If only I lived in the area, I'd visit every day!

Awesome little deli tucked away in a not so obvious spot. Great home made soups, salads, and sandwiches. They have prepared food (made fresh daily) for a quick grab or made to order food too. The owner and everyone that works there are really nice (even when they are super busy). Line is long at lunch, because the food is fresh, healthy, and reasonably priced, but it moves quickly.

Fabulous little Cafe in an industrial complex. A bit hard to find, but totally worth the search. Great drinks, including lots of healthy options (Smoothies, Coconut Water), freshly made breakfast and lunch options, and snacks.
Great service with a genuine smile. Such nice people.
