This location is in LA Jolla, CA, a small store, no drive thru window, you'd have to park, go inside, & order to go. Friendly and courteous staff, very helpful, smiles, gives the "service" category an 'A' for them. The only one aspect that Management can address is the cleanliness & image of the store. It could use updating, possibly refresh the paint, detail clean dining room floors, update the menu boards (looking old & faded). One very important aspect of this business is definitely the image of the store, clean the parking area, windows, doors, sidewalk, especially in these times when the customers are having to stand outside & wait for their orders. Other than these points, the food was good & fresh, just got too much salt on the fries, we can always add salt if there isn't enough. Good job on the service! It will be a regular stop here for us whenever we're around craving for a good Jack's Burger 👍!!
Not very busy but old vintage no drive-thru food was good very large proportions my French fries were completely full and overflowing not just a little sticking at the top like usual. But they only had one bathroom working and I had to wash my own table. But other than that everything else was great
It was good. I wish the Burger was Bigger, but it was still tongaliciou.
This Jack in the Box is the best one ever! All the employees are really sweet and seem to really enjoy their jobs. It’s awesome to come here and get treated so well every visit! Natasha was my cashier last visit and I just wanted to give her a shout out because I appreciate her great service with a smile. And the time before I stopped in for a breakfast coffee and the young man was so so so sweet and I can’t remember his name, but he was just a joy! And the team members treat everyone with respect and that’s awesome! Thank you all so very much!

An amazingly polite crew and management. I love the customer service. I'm not normally a fast-food kind of person. But the one time I did decide to grab a bite to eat from a fast-food establishment this gave me a very great first-time impression. Including the kiosk to choose different flavored soft drinks. Well done to this night staff. Visit today was 06/21/17 22:02 p.m. is when i departed. I really enjoy the Muchie Meal Deal. Price should remain the same. The contents of Meal was a great combination.
This location does not have a drive thru, if you want to speed the process up make sure you place an order using the app. Other than that it's your standard Jack In The Box. Employees are friendly, food is good, ample parking and convenient location.

I have been to some I won't mention the place (Washington and fifth) where I sat for over ten minutes. This jack had my food in a heart beat. And it was fresh and hot. Not often do you get this treatment.
Cheeseburger was hot & fresh. The shakes was too soft/liquidy. Employees very nice.
Had a full family of 8 and they got our orders right the correct time, I mean it was Really busy and usually other places they miss something.. good job.!
