Jack In The Box

This location is in LA Jolla, CA, a small store, no drive thru window, you'd have to park, go inside, & order to go. Friendly and courteous staff, very helpful, smiles, gives the "service" category an 'A' for them. The only one aspect that Management can address is the cleanliness & image of the store. It could use updating, possibly refresh the paint, detail clean dining room floors, update the menu boards (looking old & faded). One very important aspect of this business is definitely the image of the store, clean the parking area, windows, doors, sidewalk, especially in these times when the customers are having to stand outside & wait for their orders. Other than these points, the food was good & fresh, just got too much salt on the fries, we can always add salt if there isn't enough. Good job on the service! It will be a regular stop here for us whenever we're around craving for a good Jack's Burger 👍!!

This Jack in the Box is the best one ever! All the employees are really sweet and seem to really enjoy their jobs. It’s awesome to come here and get treated so well every visit! Natasha was my cashier last visit and I just wanted to give her a shout out because I appreciate her great service with a smile. And the time before I stopped in for a breakfast coffee and the young man was so so so sweet and I can’t remember his name, but he was just a joy! And the team members treat everyone with respect and that’s awesome! Thank you all so very much!
