Izela, the drive-thru attendant was super sweet. There was a discrepancy in the order, but she handled everything with patience and a smile. I really appreciate great customer service. It makes a difference in a decision to return or not, and I will definitely be returning for their food and service
My local JB. I like the breakfast meat lovers burrito. I also like their Breakfast Platter. Once in awhile for my breakfast. If I want fast food in my local area This is Where I Come.
Jack in the box tacos are a childhood favorite. Always on my checklist when I vacation out west. They really need to have one in Chicagoland!

This place is a hit or miss when it comes to freshness and how your food was made, super good or super sloppy. The staff here are usually super friendly and attentive but they have some guy who can seem super rude or can appear to be short tempered or annoyed. Idk I think he was only nice maybe once
Normally the service is really great but lately my fries have been half full and cold by the time I get home. Makes me really sad cause I love the cherry sprite at this location.

This Jack in the Box is probably the most pleasant one I've visited. Every time I've been it's never been crowded, the employees are always pleasant, and it doesn't rely on a kiosk to replace ordering from the counter. There are plenty of high and low tables to sit at, and the half price drink happy
