have not had a bad experience here. Friendly and do their job completely. The nearby mcdonalds on the other hand, horrible. I go out of my way to come here if i need a quick bite at lunch or breakfast before work. The competition nearby has nothing on this Jack. Good job guys, keep it up.
The food is always fresh here and the staff is extremely friendly. I recommend the buttery jack or the popcorn chicken box. The drive through line was a bit long but it moved fast. I will definitely be back at this location
This jack in the box is awesome! I drive around a lot for work and I’ve seen my fair share of JITB locations and this one is by far the best one! Friendly staff, sauces on the table and a working soda machine. Clean restaurant and bathrooms.
This is actually one of the better JBX locations in San Diego. It's clean! Tables were not dirty, floor was mopped. There weren't homeless people sleeping in the booths (Hillcrest, listen up). The only thing I would change is the bowls of condiments on every table. People eat this food with their hands and then grab the condiment basket with greasy, ketchupy, yucky hands stuffed into their mouths. Disease gets spread that way. Let the employees hand out the ketchup and taco sauces. Otherwise, great job guys!!!
My dad and I used to come here in the 80's and coming back today brought back all the good memories. Food was great. Thanks Jack!
Corporate store so everything is always hot and fresh and custom orders are correct 100% of the time

Only gave 4 stars due to the burger condiments and the water seeping from the tomato and lettuce soaking through the bun and the bag itself. Made it much messier than necessary.
I have been to this location several times and hands down have had the best food from any other location. I will drive to that Jack in the box just because I know that I will get better quality food. Always been hot. Never had to wait long periods of time. Always gotten my order correct. Best fast food in this area no question about that!!!
