I have been to Chuy's twice. The first time I had a great California Burrito. Today I ate a delicious burrito that had ham, egg, potatoes, and cheese. Everything was great! When you visit this spot you get both quality and quantity. The breakfast burrito was huge! They also have a good variety of s
Got the California burrito. Personally it wasn’t for me or my taste buds. Felt like there was no flavour, the salsa stand made up for it though! Was able to add more spice into the burrito. I heard you might have to get the fries extra crispy while ordering cali burrito. Other then that good portio
I actually took my food to go so I cannot speak as much to their service or atmosphere but the burrito I got was fantastic. Although, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I ordered the Cali surf and turf burrito, the thing was huge and absolutely loaded! (Avocado for scale 😂) I would recomm
I found this place via Instagram and read the reviews and was like "ok I have to try this place" it's about 20 miles from me but I figured what the heck, it's Sunday and most places by me were closed. I wanted a breakfast burrito 🌯 and the reviews said this was the place for just that, so I got the
A hole in the wall in the strip mall that always delivers on food. haven’t said that the salsa was not edible, very sour as if it was spoiled.
This place has legitimately the best Mexican food I have ever put in my mouth. We ordered a burrito, loaded fries and Carne asada tacos. Wow. Absolutely fantastic. The blend of guacamole, meat, cheese, cilantro and pico was fantastic. This was our favorite stop in all of California. The only bummer
At first, I was thinking this place is too expensive. Then, when I saw the portion sizes (totally shareable) it made it worth the price. $57 for a family of 4 to eat is pretty expensive. Sounded like they had daily specials with reduced prices though. I mean, food was good but we likely won't go ba
This place came highly recommended by my friend who was born, raised and practiced medicine in TJ; and it has a Guy Fieri stamp of approval. Both of those are saying something about this place. It’s good authentic Mexican food. We love the size of the chips. You chose the meat and the pile of chips
Run, don’t walk to this Taco Shop! Had the adobada plate and it was delicious. Meat was tender with a perfect amount of seasoning/marinade. Refried Beans and Rice finished the plate perfectly. Hubby had the sopes and the masa was cooked right…not overly greasy or crunchy. Staff was kind too. Tha
The food here is amazing. They arent selfish with sauces either. The quality of food is a1 and the portions are awesome. Cashiers are always so nice. They walk your food out to you. They always play the good stuff on their tvs too. I would highly recommend.
Came recommended highly bybour roommate... he was right. Best carne asada chimichanga not dry at all... perfect blend of spices, flavors and moist!!!
Large portions ! I ordered the carne asada quesadilla and it was large. It tasted good but it was just tortilla cheese and carne. It needed pico. Something to balance the carne flavor. Above average. Nachos were decent.
Good choice! Prices are great and portions are larger than similar type places. The shop is expanding into a larger seating area. The kitchen was not affected. Had the Chuy burrito and inferno shrimp, neither disappointed. Plates are great to share. Stop in and try it out.
Quality taco shop with a massive selection of food that will leave you full and never disappointed. The California quesadilla is a massive amount of food and the Shrimp Diablo burrito will leave you looking for something to cool your taste buds! Definitely check them out if you are in the greater SD
One of San Diego's finest taco shops. They do everything well and do it with a customer service focus. Try the carnitas here. Cabeza tacos are also excellent. When tired of that, experiment with the excellent sauces at the salsa bar. Complimentary chips served, which is a nice touch. Basically, this
We found out that this place was on the Triple D so we had to check it out. My wife had the asodo mini tacos and I had a fish taco. Both were very tasty. I wanted more white sauce on my taco but still was good. We also split chips with cheese. The verde sauce was mild and plenty of flavor. The food
