Customer service is one of the tops. The staff are super nice and hospitable. They recognize that nurses only have a little time for lunch, so they’re pretty fast and efficient with their service. Food is quality! Favorites are hamachi kama and salmon kama (careful, salmon is bony— you need some good tongue skills to feel the bones and make sure you won’t choke on them). Sushi plates, chicken curry, and noodle salad... highly recommended!
Musashi's is a much more traditional sushi experience than we have become accustomed to. Simple, delicious, and inexpensive. Fresh ingredients that the chefs do not skimp on. These rolls feature thick pieces of clean fish and fresh avacado wrapped traditionally with the seaweed on the outside, ensuring that you experience each of the pure flavors harmonizing in the way sushi was traditionally intended.
A hidden gem to be sure, I will definitely be back.
The staff were very friendly, but the menu seemed a little limited. Or maybe the person taking our order had difficulty articulating the menu to us. It got very busy around lunchtime and parking in the adjacent lot is limited to 30 minutes, even for customers.
Ordered delivery via uber eats. As you can see, came with plenty of sauce, ginger, and wasabi. Lots of variety and fresh fish. Overall very satisfied.
Little off the beaten path is a tiny strip mall. Maybe seats 20. No sushi bar. But great service and maybe the best chirashi bowl I've ever had. Super tasty spicy mayo. No alcohol on the patio but not a big deal IMO.
Small little restaurant very good food great service and good prices.
I recommend the Chirashi Bowl Special.
Awesome sushi place. Their chirashi is amazing. Good quality fish. Sadly right now no indoor dining.
Amazing place with the friendliest of staff! Love this place and I wish you guys were in Arizona. The tea, atmosphere, recommendations, and lettuce was amazing. Seriously, I walked away as content as possible.
This sushi joint is between four and five stars. Four stars because they don’t have much variety on their sushi menu (various salmon and tuna offerings pretty much sum it up), but five stars because what they do offer, they prepare really well. Quite tasty, good quality salmon and tuna rolls. Rainbow roll left me unimpressed. Service is pleasant and prompt. Decor and atmosphere are cool and mellow - typical San Diego vibe. Reasonable prices.
Great nigiris! Everything we asked was delicious. Staff super respectful.
