They've always got my order right and I've never had to wait longer than 7 minutes for my food (and that was when the line was really long). I am not a fan of fast food restaurants, but I have to admit that fish tacos at Rubio are fantastic. If you go on Tuesdays they have specials. The fish is fresh and cook just right. I think this is their signature dish.
They never disappoint with fast service. Their food is tasty and fresh. Their fish tacos are fairly authentic. Certain staff members are also very nice and funny.

This is always my favorite place to go in PC. Friendly service, good food, and not toooo expensive if you know what to order. However, I have to take off 1 star because the quality of the food varies from time to time.
