Easy spot to grab tacos on campus. The staff were very nice and helpful.
So delicious! From Dallas and there is no place like this back home. The original fish taco Especial was exceptional, and lots of choices I want to come back and try. French fries on a burrito being #1
Good stuff. Same selection as a regular Rubios and the same prices. They've always got my order right and I've never had to wait longer than 7 minutes for my food (and that was when the line was really long). Overall a good eating option on campus if you are looking for something different than burgers and chinese food
The customer service displayed by Julie and Emily was outstanding! I had a problem with a previous day's order, and they, especially Julie, went above and beyond to make things right! However, I order the same thing literally every time I go here, and they mess up my order every time. I don't know what is so hard about it. I also have to tell them how to do their job, as in I have to ask them for a bag for my food that I said was "to go."
I am not a fan of fast food restaurants, but I have to admit that fish tacos at Rubio are fantastic. If you go on Tuesdays they have specials. The fish is fresh and cook just right. I think this is their signature dish.
They never disappoint with fast service. Their food is tasty and fresh. Their fish tacos are fairly authentic. Certain staff members are also very nice and funny.

Great customer service, delicious flavors. I was absolutely amazed at everything I had here (seafood taco trio)! And having a location at UCSD is a great thing!
This is always my favorite place to go in PC. Friendly service, good food, and not toooo expensive if you know what to order. However, I have to take off 1 star because the quality of the food varies from time to time.
Still, this place is my go-to for when I have to study and can not find time to cook.
The staff are friendly and the food is pretty good. 👍
Wonderful service and customer care! Victor was so helpful in making sure my order was corrected when something wasn't quite right. Highly recommend this location!
