Love this place! I am Cuban so its great to have a Cuban restaurant in the area. I've been here many times now and each time I know I can look forward to an authentic Cuban meal just like grandma makes.

Very good food and excellent service, we went there and there were few tables. One big table server told us exactly how much time it will take to bring the food out which is very nice some of the entrees take 40 minutes. My order they forgot shrimps.but as soon as I told they apologized and brought the freshly cooked missing shrimps. So great job on fixing the issue

The new location is very nice. The waiting staff is great. They're attentive and friendly. The food is good but not great, specially anything with steak; the meat is usually somewhat tough and too greasy. Overall is a great place to have lunch.

I absolutely loved this restaurant, which has automatically entered my top3 restaurants in the US. To give some context, i am from Spain, and missing home food a lot. Cuban food has a lot of similarities with Spanish food, and that might be a reason I enjoyed it so much. I've posted pictures of the menu, which was quite extensive with several appetizers, meats and rice dishes. For the rice dishes, the menu states it takes 30~40min to cook and they recommend calling ahead of arriving to start preparing it. We went on sunday and they told us there was an all-you-can-eat for $16, which also included the Arroz con camarones (paella) and the drunken chicken rice that we ordered. On weekdays they also have a lunch deal (not really a buffet as it is a one-time serving) for as little as $6 with one entree and 2 sides. The waiters were all very nice and helpful, not minding to explain the menu and caring about your food restrictions (i asked if a certain dish had garlic cuz it made me feel bad, and after going to the kitchen to make sure whether the dish had garlic or not, she also informed me that the rice I had ordered ahead also had garlic and how bad was my allergy). We ordered the calamares fritos (fried squid), the croquetas (croquettes filled with either pork, ham or chicken) and the Arroz con pollo borracho (drunken chicken rice). The appetizers came up after maybe 10minutes and we're very tasty, with a great side sauce (seemed like Ali oli). Only downside was that the fried squid had some fried mushrooms on the bottom, which I didnt expect or like. The Arroz con pollo borracho was SO AMAZING ! Tasty warm and so comforting. Also, it was a big portion and having had 2 appetizers, the 2 of us only finished about half of the dish. We will be coming back because food and service were both great. A bit pricey if you order a la carte, but worth every dollar. And if you're low in budget, just try going on a weekday for the lunch deals :)

First time back in a while and I'm still impressed. This is a great place and one of our favorite place to eat. The food is unique and so delicious. It's just the perfect mix of spices an flavor for every dish. To night we waited the extra time to get a saffron rice diah and it was worth the wait. We took our own bottle of wine ( no corakage fee on the first bottle) and enjoyed a wonderful dinning experience.

Love the Mariquitas, it is a deep fried plantain appetizer. Camarones Frito is a deep fried shrimps plate, it's ok like other friedshrimps, but love the dip. Lechone Asado is great, the portion is huge it's for two. They over charge for iced tea ($4). It love the service by Tania, she is tented. keep up the good work Tania!

Great authentic Cuban restaurant, yuca, platanos fritos, empanadas. Together with fantastic service. Agua de mango is unbelievable probably even better if you ask them for a jigger of Caribbean rum. That's just a thought. I don't drink anymore... ok just a little, but I didn't of if till later.
