By far the worst taco bell in the area. The employees wear what they want. No sanitation standards are enforced here. Go in the lobby and watch them make your food. Guarantee you won't eat it. How does this place pass inspection? They must get word before they are inspected. Nobody manages the counter inside. Consistently inconsistent with orders and incredibly slow to do it. Customer service from the females in particular is real bad. The males are always cool, but the females have an attitude. Especially the 2 white females that work night.

They never get your order right here, ordered a soft shell taco with no lettuce and add sour cream? Nope, you get a regular taco. Want a Pepsi to wash it down? Nope you get water, cause they don't know how to change the bags. Want to get good tacos? Go literally anywhere else and get them, this location is a joke and needs to be shut down

Super unprofessional. I received my and was missing half of it and when I had to order my food again. To just get what I wanted. They told me “K” and hung up. And when I received my order. It was squished. Super unprofessional and as a previous general manager I am so disappointed at how this experience was. We ended up throwing $60 worth of food just because my kidos are picky about there food and was very upset that I have to waste this much money and time for nothing. And by the other comments I really hope Taco Bell corporate is reading this and reaches out to everyone and offers something.

For some reason they make you come inside the store now to pick up your mobile order even when you choose to pick it up in the drive through. Then you sit inside and watch as 20 cars pass through the drive through and get their food before you do. And then when you finally get your food- they don’t give you your soda. And then you realize they put no meat in your burrito.

If I could give zero I would, I was told that if the dining room was closed I could do a mobile order and walk through to pick up my order. Not only did they take my money but then refused to give me my order and insisted that I drive drunk to receive my order. Never coming through again

I am usually pretty happy with Taco Bell. Not this time. I order my food without sour cream, always. I emphasize it when ordering. The last order was slathered with it. Wound up throwing the food away

They just never seem to get things accurate. I order on the app typically and pick up thru drive thru. Out of 3 orders, none have been correct. When you call, 2 out of 3 times didn't get answered.
