This restaurant is horrible! I love the food, but the staff is totally incompetent. It never fails that they mess up my order or leave something out of the bag. I mean literally EVERY SINGLE TIME! We only go through the drive thru. Today I got a bucket w/3 sides and 6 rolls. I asked the guy to double check that I got everything. Guess what....got home and zero rolls! I love the chicken but can only go here a couple times a year because of the incompetent staff and the frustration it causes me. The restaurant has been the same way for years. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.

Staff is awfulll! Asked for a 3 piece tender and got charged for a combo. Went back up to the window and they said it was the same price! So they lied. OH and they forgot our ranch. Not returning.

The staff was super friendly helpful. The food was consistent and good. Chicken was tender and moist with a crunchy breading.

They have really stepped their game up, the food was amazing! Everything was fresh. The change was needed. The girl that works there. Her name is Hannah, she had amazing customer service! She was so nice and made sure we had everything we ordered.

Had the smokey mtn bbq tenders combo
And chic thigh and drumstick combo. It was so delicious. The tenders were so juicy and filled with smokey and sweet goodness. The thigh and drumstick were very juicy too. Cant wait to come back for some more.

I wonder how KFC feel about this? I came bought 12 pieces bucket plus 2 French fries. the french fries only half full of fries.

Went for lunch, the lady that took my order in drive thru was a bit rude, had an attitude and when I got to the window she didn’t even have eye contact with me. I asked for a small side dish of Nashville hot sauce, which I’ve always gotten in the past and have had no issues with getting it. But before I could say anything she snapped at me and cut me off and said “we can’t do that”
The food was cold, my chicken was soggy. Biscuit was hard as a rock and cold, the 2 sides I got with the chicken were cold as well. I had to heat everything up when I got home, which I shouldn’t have to do.
I love coming to KFC to get my fried chicken fix, but I don’t know if I even want to eat here anymore. So disappointed.

The chicken was good, the speed of service was good. Just remember to check the bag before you drive away. They forgot an order of mac and cheese for me.
