First time here, met the Sous Chef previous night. I wish I had been patient before I took this picture. It's absolutely unfair. What you're seeing is the Chef Burger. Locally sourced hamburger & smoked bacon from the Holmen Meat Market. (Well know quality meat market!) The burger is arugula, goat cheese, crumbled bacon, and jellied jalapeños.(Not too spicy but a pleasant sweetness melting with the savory bacon and creamy goat cheese.) Honestly cooked to medium perfection! Juicy, tasty, filling...If you come here soon--->Get this burger for it is fantastic! Absolutely Top 3 burgers I've had in La Crosse. Fries are seasoned nicely with a tasty seasoning.

New Owners, rebranding coming! The Chef and wife are the owners. You will never have food like it! Wonderful, friendly, absolutely creating these meals are his passion. Absolutely excellent food. The cheese curds are perfect. Highly recommend the chef's burger. The perch po boy is huge. One of the best beer selections in the area.

My Chef Burger today was the best burger I've had in years! It had goat cheese, minced bacon bits arugula and jalapeño jam. Holmen meat locker beef that had nice seasoning and char but still perfect medium temp. Juicy and delicious!

Lots of friends had talked this place up. Went on a Sunday at 12:45. Limited Brunch Menu. Mostly breakfast items. Only pub burger for a lunch option. Bloody Mary's were limited to only house vodka. Were just OK.

Food changed from bar food to "rich people food" so be ready for that. It's good, but don't think bar burgers, think fancy weird burgers
