Very helpful staff. I had clear day and great orange sunset.. it's a nice place to wind. I had seafood chowder soup and fish and fries. Seafood chowder is one among the best I had in PNW. Must try. It's sad these places are less visited. I will go back here again for seafood chowder

We went there during tulip festival weekend plus nice warm weather. They are overwhelmed for many peoples from the festival. It took 45 minutes for our order. My server is honest and friendly. She warned us it's going to be a long wait for food. She came often checking on us and update cooking status. Their food is tasty and perfect size. We ordered "captain's plate" which is fried fish, shrimps and fish sandwich. We waited for food 45 minutes but looked at outside the water made us forgetting time. I would love to visit there another time. I assume very beautiful summer time there.

The waitress was so helpful, respectful, and professional. The location was so beautiful. Right next to the water makes it a perfect place to eat on a sunny day. The food was a bit of in issue. The price was pretty high for the amount they serve. I ordered some "Boneless Chicken Wings", that turned out being Costco Chicken Nuggets. The Fish and Chips is worth trying, which is one of their best dishes. I would stay away from appetizers, due to the price and server size ratio.

A very lovely local place! I ate with my friend right over the water. If it's a sunny day, I really recommend eating on the patio. We saw all the boats pass by as we ate. Food was very good too, and the staff were all very nice. La Conner is such a charming small town, stop by if you have the chance and take a walk around!

The Waterfront Cafe in LA Conner Washington is a hidden gem. From the scenery overlooking the waterfront to its superb dining and friendly staff. 👌 Being from Montana and having worked in the hospitality industry for years I take friendly helpful service seriously . So it is with great sincerity that I say that this place is worth every penny. Our waitress was Melissa and she was so wonderful! Treating not only my family to superb table service but our furry friends as well. They received loving pats, treats ,and bowls of water! Its not every day that your doggos get Lady and the Tramp style dining accommodations. I would not be surprised if someday dogs got their own menus! For people and pets alike the Waterfront Cafe and especially its waitress Melissa are the best!

Beer battered halibut for the win! Loved the back room, felt not as crowded at the front and my kid was so focused on the orca and ship scenes painted on the wall I read that this place has the best fish and chips ever and surely it did not disappoint. $5 Beers are all a nice touch too. The chowder on the other hand has room for improvement. The bowl came out lukewarm and the chowder under seasoned. They could probably warm the bowls before serving chowder in them. I think that's what zapped away the heat. And the chowder itself lacked seasoning - unlike the fish and chips that were spot on. Clearly made by separate folks. Overall a great spot if you're in the area. Marla went above and beyond to take care of us. She even gave pirate stickers to my little one. What a treat!

Great little spot. Friendly staff, and they had house scratch made crab cakes today that were delicious.
