Panda Express

My wife and I usually get the family meal which will feed up too 4-6 people. We have been very happy with the service as well as the quality and quantity of the menu items, everything is hot and fresh tasting. We Will usually call in our order which saves time. We frequent the restaurant knowing that we will be receiving the same quality food and service on our visit. 👍

It's a great location in terms of parking--plenty of spacious parking. But not really a great location in terms of easiness to find, though not difficult. This is mainly because this place isn't located in the center of Brand blvd where Americana is located. That said, once you know where it is, you won't have trouble finding it again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES! I had ordered my food online I got there and wanted to add a add a Coke to my order and I had to stand there for 10 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me so I could order my drink. The employees are rude, never smile & act as though you are bothering them! And then I order a large drink & the lids do not fit on the cup & they had no straws!! REALLY??? So on my way home, the drink does not fit into any cup holders I have in my car, and since the lid did not fit right, the drink spilled all over my lap! Then I get home & open my food, and the broccoli beef order was 95% brocolli...what a waste of my money. I will never go to this Panda Express again!!

I ordered two entries and paid for it, but after we got home we found only one entry in the box. This is not the first time they made errors like this. Last time I called them and they said I could go back and they will give me a new order, but my kid were hungry and waiting, we need the food now! This time I tried to call them but they would not pick up the phone. After several rings the phone hung up automatically. So frustrating!
