The food and drinks are usually fantastic but the service is very slow even. The staff are very friendly and that almost makes up for the slower service. Except that using the app you are not able to get deals, this is the only location in Kyle or Buda with this problem. The app always says currently unavailable which proves that they don't really care about repeat service.

100% the worst Sonic in the area. Food takes forever, comes out cold (cheese wasn’t even melted on the burger and the patty was lukewarm). Do yourself a favor and avoid if you can.

Sonic needs to get there act together on hiring employees. They are under staff and time line on service to the vehicles is terrible . And they never have ice cream at night

This is the only Sonic in the Buda/Kyle area that I'll go to. The food is always fresh & delivered quickly to your car.

Ok for fast food went today to get a kids meal cost $4.34 problem when we got home NO fries went through drive thru. Realy small order no reason to screw it up but they did.
They wont respond to this because they dint seem to care.
Maybe next time ill order 10 burgers and fries then drive off. Only seems fair

Love the ice cream here. Food is good. Kids that work there are all work hard for the customer. I always tip them, just for trying.

I really enjoy Sonic's wide drink variety and menu options. The employees are very good at this location. Unfortunately, with staff shortages everywhere the food has gone downhill a bit, things are overcooked frequently so it's hit or miss.
