Starbucks

Came in for an in store order because the app said it was sold out of the drink I order. When I went in they did have the drink so I ordered and waited. And waited. And waited. As one, two, three drinks that were ordered by guests walking in minutes after me were called out. I asked Deb the woman making drinks if she had my order maybe the ticket was lost. She replied with her back to me "give me a minute" extremely rudely. When she did make my drink she just set it down on her side of the counter and walked off.. Usually staff is so friendly don't wknow what debs problem is.

Starbucks inside Target Store in Kyle Texas is not worth visiting. Service is so slow people end up leaving the store. 2 people working but only one of the is serving customers. She is also running the register. A customer in the line asked why only one person is serving customers? The Starbucks employee replied that they had other things to do besides make orders and that there's nothing she can do about the wait thats just how it is.. this is at 2pm on a weekday. My wait time for 1drink was almost 15 minutes. This location does not have drive thru service.

If I could give no stars I would. My experience yesterday was horrible. The young man making the drinks was extremely rude. I had been waiting for about 15 minutes for 1 out of 3 drinks that I had not yet received. When I went to ask how long it would be for my last drink, since I noticed other orders after mine where being served. The young man had said that the orders might have been out of order and that "it was all okay". While having his back faced me and proceeding to say, "its okay, it's okay". Well he did not answer on how long it was going to be for my 1 remaining drink. So I continued to wait. and I could hear him talking to his coworker. Stating, "What are they going to do fire me?, they are already short handed." At this point I was annoyed since he had acknowledge that my drink was missed, but he decided to serve 2-3 more drinks before making my drink. And once my drink was ready he placed it on the counter and did not say my order was ready or anything. He had the worst customer service ever. Yes..please be fired. You should not be working at Starbucks with your bad attitude and service.

Every single time I come to this Starbucks, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I feel like I’m intruding on the staffs job when I come to this place. Not only is the customer service horrible, but the station where you’re suppose to spruce your coffee up, is ALWAYS NASTY and never has anything that you can actually use. I spend way to much money at this Starbucks. Something needs to be done. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
