What can one say about Chick-fil-A... Always consistent, always perfect, this location in Kyle had superb service! Despite their ignorant stance on homosexuality, my usual location has an obviously gay employee, which I admire! I live in and from Austin, which is considerably more open minded than "Texas". I'll still go once a week for "healthier fast food. (Spicy Chicken sandwich, extra lettuce)👌

Gave this location a try the other day. Order was correct. Food tasted good. Forgot forks. Service was very friendly. Unfortunately we all got sick to our stomachs. Not sure what caused it. But we think it was the lettuce as we all had the market salads.

Always really friendly staff and fast service even when really busy. The curbside pickup does take a tad longer than the drive through even if the drive through is busy. So if you're in a hurry drive through is faster than curbside pickup.

Chick-fil-a never disappoints , we love the customer service and professionalism we experience here. Can't forget to mention the fresh tasty food always on point. Even when it's 10min till closing they never run out of items on their menu like a certain place next door.

I have been coming here for years. Practically the only fast food place that can serve you in under 10 minutes or less during rush hour. Try that at McDonalds or Taco Bell. Not going to happen. The food is always great, accurate, and staff is super friendly. One of the best performers there is a runner named Eddie. He is always moving quick to deliver food and always has a smile on his face while wishing me a good day. He makes me feel good and wholeheartedly represents and goes beyond what Chickfila expects from their employees.

Food is good. Rewards program doesn't work when the internet freezes up in shopping centers and then you don't even get a receipt. Do we have to ask for receipts? If they would have given me the receipt, I could enter it later.

Nothing but kids running the restaurant and none of them knew anything and continued to give us many mess ups on our order. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A ever.
Came here to edit: tried to give this place another shot A YEAR later, …. Blonde Lady in the black shirt was rude to the person taking our order, and with 4 order of fries in our meals each of them were more then half way filled with scraps 😑

I went to the chick-fil-a in Kyle the other day and the employee named Karen gave excellent customer service she was VERY respectful and kind. She made sure everything was ok and we felt very welcomed, l had gone the week before hand and l had a bad experience with one of the managers there her name is Angelica she was very rude and arrogant towards me acting like l was stupid. Back to the point Karen made my experience a WHOLE LOT BETTER by treating me like family there at Chick-Fil-A! Food was amazing, everything was cleaned every 5-15 minutes, Karen would come to check in on us as well to make sure we had everything we needed and overall made us have a great experience thank you Chick-fil-a in Kyle!
