Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sub shop! This particular location has met me with a great staff! Very personable, asks how my day is, if I have any great plans, all while making my sub exactly how I like it! I usually take it to go and they are fast and efficient! I always choose this location because of the friendliness, cleanliness, and the bacon is always crispy! Thank you Jersey Mike’s in Kyle Texas!

I was that customer who walked in 5 minutes before close, and even then they were extremely nice to me! The person who helped me was Mike, and I gotta say he was in such a positive mood and definitely made me laugh, even though it was the fact it was his birthday and he was stuck at work. That positive interaction made my night! Thank you, nearly birthday twin!

This location has been getting slower and slower. Today I called in an order to avoid delays and upon my arrival it wasn't ready. They said it would be a few minutes and they were really busy....hmmmm 1 person was leaving as I arrived. There was 1 person eating and another had just finished her order. While waiting a doordash guy walked in and his order wasn't ready either. There were about 6 orders waiting for someone to arrive. While waiting they forgot about me not once but twice...finally a person rushed my order. I think it's time for a management shake up. I won't be coming back for a while and recommend that if you want a sandwich..go somewhere else. Firehouse is across the freeway, Which-wich is down the street and HEB has Antoine's. Jimmy Johns and Thundercloud are about 8 minutes down the freeway. Really disappointed 😞

Wanted to give a shout out to the employees who helped me out today 9/15/2020 at 1030am. I had ordered 16 boxed lunches and each of them helped me to my car. Super friendly and had my order ready for me. Everyone at worked loved the sandwiches. Great job and will definitely be using you guys in the future
