Dunkin'

My order has been short numerous times so when I called I was told that my ENTIRE order would be replaced. When I went in the “manager on duty” told me he could only give me the hash browns that were shorted. I told him that’s not what I was told on the phone. He said that’s all he could do. Mind you, I’ve gone in MANY times to pick up my order and he is always rude to someone, he almost ran into me one day and said nothing. Kid has NO manners or manager qualities!! I believe his name was Victor. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Strange, odd store... went there with my grandchildren a few weekends ago and everything was nice and on time when the young people on staff took care of us at the Breinigsville location... but then I went to kutztown last sunday and the millennial man behind the counter didn’t speak too much English or understand what I was asking for, and then gave me donuts for free because he said my granddaughter was cute. I appreciate the donuts but I had to ask one of the kids working there to make what I originally asked for. I didn’t realize for a while that my order hadn’t been taken. The man took my money though which was very strange. I just asked for a sandwich and pancakes I wanted to complain about the man but i’m not sure how. He was mid thirties! Hire some more college kids! They seem to do a better job than anyone else !
