The cashier was very rude. I had two separate orders for 2 different houses. I made the orders and paid after i paid the cashier came and told they were out of okra for both orders so had to order something else. For The cashier came back and said i put it all together you'll have to separate your self very rudely. I had to send it back for them to separate. Then the cashier came back and said i separate everything but the sides. So i had to send it back again. so i Asked for the manager by this time I've been there for an hour. All the while my food is sitting there getting cold. Because the cashier was to lazy to do his job correctly the first time. Then The Manager came over and separate everything and was very nice. He found that my orders weren't complete. And fixed the orders but $100.00 dollars of food was cold and it took over an hour to get the order correct.. so couldn't tell you if the food was good or not

They are a must stop for me and my husband when they properly make the tea. There $3.99 tea gallons are our favorite when they use filters and tea grounds are not constantly in our drinks. I don't know what change they made in management or what but something good has happened to this place. I hope they keep up the good quality of food and drinks if I had to say one thing they could improve on it would be customer service it doesn't hurt to smile you guys. It really can make a difference on the rating I give yall

Golden Chick Krum is a fastfood restaurant in Krum, Tx. It has outstanding customer service and flawless management skills, there is up to a 15 minute wait on food but thats only because they cook it fresh for the customer. They have there good days and there bad days but so do we. Overall i think they serve some of the best chicken in North Texas. The majority of the staff is consisted of local high schoolers which shows there support for the school. But i definitely think it needs more support fom the local community. Without your direct positive and negative feedback. How can they change or grow. If you stop once and get bad service but dont come back and tell them what to work on how can they get better.
