Kfc

So we've always loved KFC, but the past few times we've been, they GAVE us fries when we asked for mashed potatoes. And the last time we went, I got pretty upset because I wanted to order the big bucket of chicken and split it into half original half crispy, all dark meat. We were told WE COULDNT ORDER that because they didn't have enough. If you don't have enough, it needs to be taken off the menu.

We encountered a problem Friday night I explained it to her and she made everything so much better! KFC you got a diamond at your store y’all better treat her right!! Again Thank You NaTosha

Went to KFC and I ordered my food. By the time I made it to the first window, I had to repeat my order to the person in the window because she was on the phone. Paid for my food and by the time I made it to the second window, my whole order was wrong. I explained it to the older woman in the window that I had a large Sierra Mist. She decided to let me know that she was going to give me a large one this time but next time it would be $.30 extra. Like I told her, I don't have a problem paying the $.30 and gave it to her. Apparently, that was what I had ordered. I don't drink Pepsi and don't like Pepsi. Upon inspecting my food, they gave me the wrong side. I told her what side I had. And also told her that the young lady is on the phone and did not take my order correctly. I explained to her that I had to give my order over again to the young lady in the first window. But fast food employees want a $15 minimum wage increase but yet, treat customers like this.

Bad attitudes... bad attitudes on a Saturday october 17th 2020 ,they even give out the wrong receipts with ppl information on it , that's why I always pay cash but there was a lightskinned one with glasses that goes from window to window but yet doesnt actually do anything to get orders out, even the manager that was on duty bad attitudes this was 3 weeks ago you go in they act like they dont see you it's a bunch of talking with a line outside that could be moved along faster I didnt feel.comfortable eating my food even after paying 15 dollars. Was there at 12:15 ordered the $5.00 meal crispy leg & thigh. No legs in crispy. Ordered thighs but outside was crispy but inside didn't looked like it was completely cooked. Friend ordered fries instead of creamed potatoes. She got 3-4 fries and a slab of fried potato.Not very appetizing at all. Slow service. Kitchen floor looked dirty.
