We love going to fazoli's until this happened the other night they were busy I was handed a cup and I went to go get a drink out of the sweet tea thing after putting my ice in it and the drink in it I just take a drink. Then when I looked down in my cup I was swallowing a fly plus tons of gnats in My cup. Nothing was done at that time when I just drank bugs! Plus got sent home with somebody else's order on top of that. And the only hope that has been of help is there GM there she plans on training them again just be careful for that sweet tea guys

I got the Baked supreme Spaghetti. Came with two Bread Sticks. Which the are yummy. The Spaghetti was a bit Salty. Feeling for the price. Taste was just too Salty. Also had a Strawberry Lemon Ice drink. It is pretty good.

This Fazoli's has a few of the friendliest employees you will ever meet. I cannot fault this particular restaurant for food offerings decided by their corporate office, but I will say that the quality of food at this location is very good. I take away one star because the restrooms are consistently dirty.

Went here for lunch and was very impressed. Fettuccini was nice and hot. Breadsticks were great. We even tried the new parmesan and garlic wings and they were delicious. Might even be my new favorite wing spot. Will be coming back!

The facility was dirty. Needed general cleaning and maintenance. Food was okay but not the greatest. Short staffed as is everyone. Daughter accidentally spilled her drink on the floor asked for a mop to clean it up was told it's okay We need new carpet and walked away.

Do not like Italian food but y'all have totally pulled me into your place only. Close to closing and employees were absolutely awesome. I'm visiting from Texas and bread sticks are to die for..... Thank you

Food was delicious and you get more than you can eat in one setting,which I appreciate 😁Cost was a little higher it seems,but I guess it's to be expected.overall very happy.

Great place to eat! But employees need stop worrying about time when getting close to close .... I am sorry to speak out but when a employee complains about customers coming in at a half hour before closing to the customers dont need a job.... Now I got a grand sampler and girlfriend got the classic sampler and to me the grand needs bigger portions cause classic is bigger than grand...lol
