Hardin Valley location unfortunately has consistently struggled with efficiency & accuracy of both mobile & in person orders over the past 2.5 years now. My mobile order today was placed at 7:34am & was not ready until 7:58am. I was then late to work. There is no way to cancel an order (especially if you see that they are overwhelmed) & the employees never acknowledged how old the order was. Patrons were ordering in person & getting their orders before mine. I will not use this location any longer. This, more so, encourages me to just make my own coffee at home.

This is the worse Dunkin Donuts I ever been, the service is awful and the people there have no ethic of customer service, they are rude and careless! I wish I can contact the owner of the franchise, people just come here because there’s no more option around.

If I could give less than 0 I would. Don't usually waste time on silly negative reviews. Going to for this one. Visited there today. Pulled to drive thru "young man" on speaker " be with you in a minute" in a very bothered tone. But we did wait, patiently. Then he must of forgotten cause he got back on & asked " something I can help you with" in an annoyed tone as though He had been waiting on us. All down hill from there. His attitude was completely unwarranted & unnecessary. We didn't end up ordering & left. Long story short, never going back.

We have tried this Dunkin several times because we work in the area. This Dunkin on Hardin Valley is the absolute worse one we have ever been to!
We constantly get the wrong drinks and when our coffee is supposed to be hot we are lucky if it’s Luke warm. Tonight we had a few extra minutes so we went back in to get a fresh coffee since the one we got was again Luke warm. The manager argued with us that it was hot and it was because of the cream that made it cold. I’m sorry but we get our drink made the same everywhere we go and it’s always HOT everywhere else we go. We waiting while they brewed fresh coffee while the employee and manager complained and continued to argue about it.
Not going back! Done giving the benefit of the doubt.
FYI they also never have donuts and if they do they are stale and nasty as all get out

The staff is always kind, but the line for the drive thru never moves in the morning. If you are in a hurry do not count on getting through the drive thru quickly. My order is right about 80% of the time. Overall I would recommend but maybe at a slower time like mid day.

Sunday may 29th 10.40 am doughnuts fresh but service not very good.. when I came up to the counter the little chubby girl with glasses was taking my order , I asked her if she could stand to side so I could choose what I wanted..she never did..she looked as if she wasn't happy to be there.
Then waiting on my coffee ☕️ they never told me it was ready, just sat it on counter at end with other orders.. just a thought

Slowest service, staffs r not friedly. I always order no ice cause i dont like the taste when the ice is melt, i paid extra for milk (almonds, oat) today i order large signature latte with almond milk (take forever for them to make it) it is not even half of a cup and they said cause i order no ice, this is the potion of no ice. U can put more milk that i pay for i guess. I didnt ask u for free drink. This is only Dunkin that do these all the time with my no ice drink. The other dunkin wll over the country never have this issue for my no ice drink. I will not come back for sure.

Drive thru took 30 mins. Items left off my order. Bagel was chewy and stale tasting. This is not an isolated incident, it happens frequently at this location. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the guy was friendly…

As usual, the line here moves about as fast as the Bataan Death March. For the love of everything holy, please hire some competent personnel. Literally been setting in the drive-through line for 17 minutes. Unacceptable.

I use to come to this store every morning for their coffee & PEACH FLAVORED sweet tea. Haven't had my tea in a while so I thought I'd go in today to get one. I was told they discontinued the Peach flavor & now have Raspberry, Blueberry & Coconut flavors! Will be getting my flavored tea elsewhere until they bring it back. I'm not the only one disappointed by this!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE--
Spent $11+ on a dozen donuts tonight at Hardin Valley Dunkin Donuts. Donuts are hard, dry, and stale. Called the store. Manager on duty wants us to drive all the way back down to the store at 10pm just to issue a refund. We paid by credit card. Should be doable over the phone for convenience of the customer--This is 2017! Manager had to call the general manager to ask if refund could be given over phone. General manager said no. I asked the manager on duty to give the GM my name and phone number and have her call me. Store manager said no. "GM won't do that." REALLY?? She won't inconvenience herself to call me and provide a little customer service???
Guess they are not hurting bad enough to talk to a dissatisfied customer and try to make it right. Wonder what the district manager would say?? ��
