I've given this place several chances and they just can't seem to get anything right. And I'm not a picky person. The fries are consistently undercooked and usually cold and they NEVER get orders 100% right. If your employees are too busy or too immature to do a decent job maybe you should hire additional help or pay better wages.

So tonight 4/25/2022 we was a Chick-fil-A North Shore location waiting on my daughter to get out of volleyball practice. My sons where playing in the play ground and my youngest fell and busted his head open. Megan an employee there helped me bandage him up until i could get him to the hospital. There was also some customers who helped and stepped in. Thank you all so very much. My son is doing well. And cant wait to come back on Friday. 4/29/2022.

There seem to be a bunch of teenagers who have no idea what they are doing. I stood in line for 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. The table marker she handed me was covered in dried up soda. I mentioned it being gross and sticky twice. I also mentioned it when the girl dropped our food off at the table. They got our small order wrong and the place was filthy. We usually love this location, but they really need to get some better training. And maybe hire a few adults.

Did a mobile order through the drive-thru because it’s the fastest way at this location. Ordered a four count mini and only two of them actually had chicken (was long gone when I realized). Than after eating I felt sick to my stomach. My experience in the past with this Chick-fil-A hasn’t been good either, but it was the closest so I gave it another try. In the past they had gotten my parent’s order wrong three times in a row. I heard them complain about another patron with the same problem, and they said it was statically impossible (clearly not). They have also been rude to my parents before, such as my parents saying thank you for them bringing the food to the table and a MANAGER (the person who brought them food) scoffing at them. Some of the people who work here are nice and helpful, but sadly they get overshadowed by the incorrect orders and other bad workers.

How difficult is it to check to make sure every ordered item is in the bag before handing it to the customer? There isn't much that’s more frustrating than getting home and unpacking the bags only to discover some of the food you paid for is missing. Thanks Chick-fil-A. If inflation doesn’t get me, your inconsistency will.

Service was quick, and the food was excellent. Beautiful interior and exterior. The exterior was well kept (parking spaces swept, lawn was freshly mowed, etc.). I ordered a chicken biscuit, and it was the best one I have ever ordered. The biscuit was buttery and soft. And the chicken was moist and flavorful. Excellent first experience!

Great place but service has gone down recently. Staff used to be focused on the customer and excellent. Staff is now nonchalant, socializing with other staff members (and they are not talking about their job, food, or anything else related to why they are there) and not as professional as at other stores and as what I'm used to at this location. The food quality is down too. It used to be consistent with other locations. Now for example, I ordered 3 chicken strips, I got three but one was split in two and unappetizing. Same with my kids nuggets on the same order...8 nuggets, 5 ok, 3 mangled looking and no good to eat. They need to reset and get back to nice Chicfila standards. It's still Chicfila and good, but if they keep it up, I'll have to move on to other more consistent fast food chains. Oh and I received someone else's receipt in my bag. Another indicator that these peeps aren't paying attention to what I'm paying for.

Always a pleasure to eat where you're greeted with a smile and someone who isn't texting while taking your order. I travel quite a distance to this Chick-fil-A because it's 1 of the only places with kids play area OPEN since May 2022.
