Every time I go to this location, something is messed up. This particular time, they had left out one of my McDoubles I had ordered. They didn’t give me a receipt, but I went around the drive through for a second time to let them know that they left one of my items out. I started talking and the boy at the window shut the window in my face! Once he came back to the window I informed him of the mistake, and he went to the back to make the burger. The attached picture is what they gave me. I didn’t see it until after i got home. I will NEVER come to this location again! The customer service is terrible!

Called mgr Josh after I went back to work with my dinner. Only half the fours, coke missing an inch. Called. The ONLY thing he could offer was me to come back then, could not on lunch break, but NOT willing to do it for free on my next visit. Every time I go here, it's always something wrong or cold fries. It's just closer to work when taking 30 min break. $10 for this.

Decent store.... It's your typical travel center attached fast food. Grab a burger to fill up your body's tank then head next door and fill up your car. Long drive through wait compared to other ones but food is good and tastes fresh.

Not perfect always with orders but they will correct any mistakes, went here for breakfast I think this location is better in the morning rather than later, it was decent. If you use the app you will get much better discounts and it's easier to order because you put it in yourself so less room for error. If you eat mcds fairly often the app is definitely worth it I get a reward every 3 visits or so, and use them for frappes or a free quarter pounder usually. There are some great sharable family deals in there too.

My son got sick almost immediately after eating though. No fault of the food's, he just enjoys throwing up in my car. That rascal.

Got a bacon Mc double and the meat was not cooked. By the time I got the other sandwich to replace the one that was messed up, my grand daughter had finished eating her happy meal. I would expect my food to be cooked even if it is fast food.

Norma is the most rude, most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered, and she would definitely benefit from some customer service training. Especially, if she is in a management role, as she claims. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my time and money at this location.

This makes the 3rd time I go for breakfast. Ordered hot cakes, sausage biscuit with cheese, and hash browns. Get home no sausage biscuit with cheese. Normally i just get the wrong items. My wife ask why did you not check the bag. I'm sorry but I should not have to check the bag. When I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for. At least give me a biscuit with egg or bacon or even a plain damn biscuit. I will never go to this location again. I will brave the Cedar Bluff death trap location from now on.

24/7 breakfast menu, except what you order!!!! Suppose to be full menu. Ordered sausage mcmuffin with egg then got the response "we only do biscuits". It really sucks when you advertise something then modify it. In retail (I have 2 degrees and 20 yrs experience) that is referred to as bait and switch.

The last couple of times I've bought the 20 piece nuggets to share with my daughter we've been shorted. I don't know if they're just throwing a handful in or can't count or what. The first time we got 19 and yesterday we just got 17. Plus there's almost always a lengthy wait if you go inside to get your food. But I will say that most of the employees are very nice. They just need to pay a bit more attention to what they're handing out.

I am 8 months pregnant. Sent my husband out for a hot fudge sundae. They gave him a cup barely 1/3 full with ice cream and apparently during his 3 minute drive home, the "hot" fudge got hard as a rock. Worst sundae I've ever had, ever. From anywhere. How hard is it to make a hot fudge sundae?!
