Not the best Wendy's in town, not the worst. It's kept relatively clean, even the bathrooms, pan handlers are kept away & the servers are polite and efficient. Really can't ask for much more. Oh, and the food is hot & your order is correct or they'll correct it. Don't come here if you're one of those folks who scrounge receipts & old food out the trash & try to get a replacement for it, they know this trick, as do All the FFR on Broadway. 👍

Visited this place twice in January. Ordered a meal with a coke for my girlfriend's daughter. She said the coke was "gross" - IT WAS! it smelled and tasted like coke mixed with malt liquor. We had some alcohol test strips at home for breastfeeding purposes, and, albeit very faintly, the drink tested positive for alcohol.
My first visit I noticed how strange and trashy the employees acted - should have never returned. Disgusting place.

Got in line at the drive through, Didn’t move for 12 minutes, there were three cars in front of me. They were serving one person at a time. Like taking their order, having them drive up, making their food, giving it to them after making them pay, THEN taking the next order in line. Complete and total ineptitude. Unbelievably slow. Just stay away unless you feel like waiting 30+ minutes for mediocre food. I ended up just leaving the drive through line.

This location has the RUDEST workers. Its customer service is just generally overall the worst out of any fastfood restraunt location ive ever been to. You can tell how much they hate you being there as soon as you pull up to the drive thru to order. Lindsey the girl they have working mid day durring most days is sometimes on cash or deive thru orders is the worst of them all. I usually dont say anything to managers but she was hateful when we pulled up never told us the total including when we pulled around. In fact she didnt say anything at all she just held her hand out glaring at me for my card. I have to ask for my receipt every time and they act like its such an inconvenience. Ehen lindsey handed us the food she still never said a word and just slammed the drive thru window. So i talked to the manager. She doesnt need to be dealing with customers if this is her attitude. Well I go through again today (since its the closest location to my work for lunch break) and she is yet again hateful and rude when asking for my order it the drive thru. I pull up and shes leaning around the girl cashing me out to stare at me (since I talked to her manager last time) neither girl was very feiendly or said hardly anything to me. Atleast this time the girl cashing me out actually told me the total first.

Used to go but service was terrible, took forever and the quote, the quote from window person was pivotal in me never going there again ( After me remarking that the outside ordering thing was broke and saying that it slowed down ordering for the customer as we had to go all the way around to the pick up window to order in a very friendlyish sorta way, was not trying to be rude at all); They said " We are ok with that, we don't have to see as many people". They had no real concern for the customer...... oh and the quality as gone down the drain. It's sad.

Everytime i go through this Wendy's there'll be noone waiting in line and they'll tell you that they'll be with you in a moment and make you wait 8+ minutes before asking your order. I've literally been the second person in line watched the person before me wait so long they complained when the worker finally came back to the mic then they still have me wait another 10 minutes when i pull up right after. I'm not one to yell at anyone doing there job but this place makes me want to but I've seen enough other people yell at them when i go there and it doesnt seem to be making a difference

Do not go to Wendy's on Broadway. It's the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. They would take one order through the drive-thru then let them pull up and pay then give them the order before they would actually take another one. When gas prices is $4.50 a gallon sitting in a Drive-Thru waiting to give your order for 10 minutes is really unacceptable. It cost me more in gas sitting there then it did my order.

Horrible! Took 34 minutes to get our food. It was thrown together cold. The employees were just hanging out in the lobby, tho one who took our order didn't know what she was doing an didn't care. One of the worst experiences.

While waiting for our food I watched an unkempt employee fish a fry out of my bag for herself. Disgusting and unprofessional, I won't visit this location again.
