This location has been recently renovated and updated. We went on a Sunday evening, and there was only one waitress so the wait was pretty long. It seems like they are understaffed. The food was quite good, and the waitress was sweet, and understandably flustered given the circumstances. She really did the best she could.

The remodel was very successful, looks nice. I had the blueberry french toast with a side of bacon, it was delicious! They had minion themed specials also. Menu has been improved.

Very poor customer service waited for our server forever. Our food came out had a hair all in the hash brown had to wait another 15 minutes for my silverware and drink then got charged 37 dollars for what honestly bc I didn’t even get my hash browns brought back. Avoid this place at all cost. Poorly managed and unfriendly. Should of stayed closed.

Food was good, once we finally got it. Service is EXTREMELY slow. Don’t count on getting checked on much for refills, etc. either. I also asked for extra crispy bacon, and it was soggy and limp as a wet noodle. 🤮

It wasn't like the experience I remembered from when I was growing up. Restaurant was so cold we and other costumers at the table near by had asked to raise the temperature to no avail. The bacon was greasy. The waiter was to flirty. I understand he is trying to get higher tips but it made me a uncomfortable.

Every IHOP has the same menu items or very similar items. This place, however, has amazing and friendly people who all chip in being awesome to others. The atmosphere and general care here is reminiscent of many luxury eateries I have had the pleasure of dining at before. Make sure you leave a generous tip to compliment the amazing people here, even if you are placing and picking up a to go order. They take care of you, so please take care of them!

We went about an hour before closing (3pm) my first impression was that it looked dirty, the floor especially. However, the tables were clean and the food was good. Our waiter was nice and prompt. The building needs updated
