It’s a decent Taco Bell. I just wish I could see the menu while in the drive thru. Can we do something about the giant sign blocking the view?

I see a decent amount of negative reviews here but as a college kid who has been frequenting this Taco Bell for quite some time, I’ve never had a single issue here. It’s always been very fast service and I’ve never gotten the wrong food. Who knows if I’m just lucky or if others are unlucky but I’ve never had a single issue.

This is my favorite Taco Bell in Knoxville! The staff is usually always friendly and in a cheerful mood. It’s like the Chick-fil-A of Taco Bell’s when it comes to customer service. They also don’t cheat you on the food like most Taco Bell’s do.

I had the cravings box with the chalupa. It’s so good. I used the app to order on my phone before I got there and it was very easy. My food was hot and ready to go. Although the traffic around downtown is crazy it was still easy to get to the restaurant.
