Traveling through Tennessee from Indiana. Best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food actually looked like it does on the menu and was nice, hot, and fresh. All the workers were laughing and having a great time and keeping up with the morning rush perfectly. I feel like such a dork for leaving this review but I had such a genuinely good experience I want to make sure they know they're appreciated.

lobby for 15 to 20 minutes waiting to order every time an employee passed I would say is the counter opened oh sure just one minute. After about 25 minutes someone finally took my order then it took another 10 or 15 minutes for fresh coffee I spent my whole lunch break just ordering. I've been going to McDonald's for many many years and I have never ever got service like this and I will not be back to the emergency location

Every time I come to this restaurant to get breakfast I get major attitude from the drive-through people. Nobody says thank you nobody smiles nobody seems pleasant anymore. They stick your food in your face and slam the drive-through window without saying a word. What happened to good old customer service like in the old days?

For anyone considering this location for an evening or late night meal stop, kindly consider your options and take your business elsewhere.
The evening management team and staff at this restaurant are very disrespectful, lack any proper customer service skills, and consistently display an embarrassing work ethic for the McDonalds brand.
Overall there seems to be a consistent pattern of confusion and poor attitude when taking orders, counting basic change, and interacting with the public, especially at night time.
The best course of action for upper management would be to clean house and start fresh for the evening shift.
Might regenerate some interest for a return visit from a shrinking customer base?

Very dirty. Every table had food leftover sitting on top. Every trashcan overflowing and trash/food over entire floor. Iced Tea lid off the container and open to the elements. Flies abundant in restroom and a homeless man sleeping on their front walk. Workers out of uniform walking in and out of the service area to a table next to the door where they're eating Burger King and lounging around. They were not busy but took 12 minutes to make chicken nuggets and a plain burger. DO NOT EAT HERE.

The man who took my order sounded like he couldn't be bothered. It was " what can I get you? What else? What else? Anything else? "
I wasnt given a receipt. Then at the food window, the girl hands me a red slushy filled to the brim. All I did was start to bring the cup into my car and it starts spilling out of the cup onto my clothes and my car. I have to ask her twice for napkins, and I said please, before she gives them to me with an attitude.

Tried to give this location several chances. They continually fall short. Tonight I ordered a fish fillet sandwich large fries and Coke no ice. She told me the total and I gave her a $20. She shorted me on the change. And I did not even get my large fry. Pathetic!

I went through the drive thu early morning.I asked for a small fry and a big mac. They stated they were going to give me a medium for the price of a small fry.I didn't understand why but didn't complain.I went to pay for my order and the total was wrong.I asked for a receipt the girl at the window said she couldn't give me one.I asked for a supervisor she said she was the supervisor.She then stated "you can take the food without a receipt or I'll take the food back."If you are cash only and don't give receipts that is unprofessional. They could have went to front the counter and printed it.They are so rude and lazy!
