Ok so I ate here about once maybe twice a week and this is not a case of being tired of Wendy's because Wendy's is wonderful. It's actually just the management because of that then they would have good employees.
Examples: old food, couldn't change my order bc I don't speak Spanish and not one employee in the store spoke English! And slow as Christmas 🌲!!!!

I met Mr Wendy while I was here. He was a withered old man with fingers worn from time and a life full of hard work. He looked at me and pointed, then let out a shrill shriek that caused the glass to rattle. The other customers fled, but I was frozen in fear. Slowly he approached, his hunched form swayed with each step until the only thing between us was the counter and register. I heard a whisper from behind, in a voice that was so familiar but forgotten. "Did you... Want spicy nugs..."

These guys are on point everyday. They greet you with smiles in their voice and in person. The managers are also helpful if you need anything.

It's Wendy's benn in one been in them all got a line slow but foods good but cost little Xtra not bad just need you know kinda pricey. Lol chili and baked potatoes on point tho always

Usually very good but I placed a mobile order and came to get it and they claimed they were open and they’re closed the whole store is blocked off all the lights are off very annoying they couldn’t update their app!

I got the bacon fries and the cheese wasn’t melted and the other cheese was literally like water and they just threw on the bacon.

This Wendy's said if kids don't want to work, they'll hire some older people who know how to be polite and give good customer service. Good for you. Food was fast and hot, and delivered with a smile!
