It's pretty busy but the staff is okay as far as keeping up. Seemed like they were fully staffed. Roast beef for sure. Not the best but better than average. No complaints. Recommend over McDs, BK, or Subway.

Very friendly service. I was pleasantly surprised with the service, time and food quality. I live in the area and the restaurants on Magnolia are below average. From the service and the wait to the quality of food. This Arby's will be the only fast food I will ever revisit in the area.

Cashier was a hot mess. She rung up my order and I only ordered two sandwiches and a shake and she told me my total was $30. I told her she was not correct and to have her manager re ring me and she fixed everything. Mt order was less but I waited for my food for a good minute.

Whoever those young kids are that they have working ain't worth 2 dead flies. How do you mess up a order for 1 slider and some fries. The last time I visited a Arby's was back in '92, when my dad introduced me to their philly steak sandwich. Feeling sentimental and wanting to reminisce a little bit. I stopped in at the shop on magnolia. What those kids did to my memories ain't nearly as bad as what they are doing to the franchise. Never again for me.

Was well after 1pm, so no where near a "rush time." From ordering to getting to the window was about 15 minutes, then sat at the window for another 5 or more. Could watch through the window while I waited, and got to watch an employee typing on her phone for a solid 2 minutes rather than doing anything for our order or the line of cars behind us. Ordered 4 milkshakes (none of which had even been stated before i pulled up to the window), 2 orange cream and 2 jamocha, the 2 "jamochas" were plain vanilla. They clearly don't care about customer service with their wait times and inaccurately made items.

Messed up my (milkshakes)order twice and still didn't get it all the way correct. the guy in front of me also had issues with his (milkshake)order. Ordered two medium fries that didn't even make one medium Fri when you put the two of them together. Took almost 8 minutes to be greeted and helped. Staff was (mostly) nice though. May have just been a bad day or something. Who knows.

Had the waygu burger and was impressed. It tasted like an outdoor grilled burger on a grilled bun. It had an awesome flavor.
