Burger King

After getting out early on the morning, I decided to go by my credit union to make a Saturday morning deposit. Since they were not yet open, I needed a place to sit and wait for nearly an hour. The BK wasn't far away, and I like the crousandwiches....seemed like an opportunity. I had the 2 for $4 deal and sat down to enjoy. My food was fine. There was, what appeared to be, a homeless person in the restroom taking a bath at the sink, so I had to pass on washing my hands. When I initially sat down, I found myself in an adjacent booth to that fellow. I moved to a different table when he was joined by a couple of his friends, and finished my wait for the credit union quietly and pleasantly.

Nasty, stinky whopper. I ordered it thru the drive thru. When I got home to eat it, whew it stunk like death. I live too far away to have gone back that day but I'll NEVER eat there again. I'm afraid of food poisoning. Not a very professional staff. They act like they are doing you a favor. I use to love BK. The one in Alcoa is good.

If there could be a negative 5 stars, that would be my vote. The ENTIRE restaurant was dirty and the bathrooms were deplorable. I've taken pictures and will be emailing corporate. There was NO excuse for that level of filth. I refused to eat my food and brought it home to feed my dog. Awful. Will NOT be back to this one EVER.

Used the mobile app to order, this specific Burger King accepted the order and took my money. But, in the five minutes it took to drive there, they had closed. They wouldn't accept the drive thru or come to the window. Worst of all, the app says that the sale was completed by the store, so I have to go back in the morning to get my money back, or have my card refunded. The possibly worst part, this was 9:30 on a Friday night. Directly across the street, McDonald's and Wendy's had people lined up around the building! Maybe you need to evaluate how bad things are at this store that they are dead in a bustling area!
