They pretty much met my expectations with no extra fluff or excitement. You'll probably want to ask for napkins if you're doing the drive thru because they are not a default.

So I go to get food tonight at 7:15 at BK and of course like usual the Dining room is closed because they can’t function and run a restaurant fully with 4 employees. Even though when I was a teen at Taco Bell we did it all the time. So the drive through is slow and they’re holding people at speaker so the can fool corporate or whoever into thinking they have fast service times. While waiting I watch two employees get out of a car and proceed to the dumpster area where they stay for a good ten minutes. When they come out you can tell they’re high. So instead of keeping your restaurant running during dinner on a Friday the manager thinks it’s ok to let employees take a break to go get high. Sad pathetic world we’re in where professionalism and customer service first isn’t a thing anymore.

Drive through was backed up to the rd so we went inside. Our order was taken and food arived fast. The stoor was clean and I love the open floor plan makes me feel safe. We got the new Impossable burger one cheese one without. They where sooooooo good. Way better then I expected. So much so I questioned weather they where not meat. Fantastic service great food.

Unfortunately this is one of the rare locations where I am unsatisfied with my order. After waiting in the drive thru for 30+ minutes then at the window (after paying) for another 10 minutes. I had to repeat my order to two different employees then again to one of them. Got home 3-5 minutes away and the sandwich they remade twice was cold and soggy. Who the hell serves untoasted sourdough bread with a burger..... No receipt, no napkins, no straws, and drinks were both diet (ordered coke). On a side note the fries were hot...

Very recently remodeled inside and out.. right off Kingston Pike and the interstate..it has an odd parking lot they share with Buddy's Bar-b-q.
The remodel now finally has this location modern.. old bldg was probably 30 yrs old.
They had a kids' play are before. They have removed it and now have much more open seating.

Pretty good. The rodeo burger I got tasted kinda weird but everything else was good.

Awful Shake and rude employee. Ordered a chocolate shake and a brownee shake. They hand out a vanilla shake with some spots in it and tell me that is the brownie shake. Have you ever had vanilla brownies? No. I have had this before and it is chocolate. Didn't care to fix it and just told me that's it when I questioned them. This location has been getting worse and worse each visit.

Did drive through, placed an order slightly comicated, 6 burgers with three different setups on those. Order was spot on (notable only because of a recent experience). The only reason I give it 4 stars is becausr something in the burger recipe is different. It's not the Burger King from 5 years ago or maybe more. It's missing the charbroil flavor that was so prominentin recent history. Lower quality beef maybe, less of the flavoring added, something is off but I bet corporate knows that Burger King pulled a change in recipe. It's still decent but not the nostalgic Burger King I grew up on.
