I ordered from a parking spot and not the drive through like I usually do. They answered the intercom laughing and continued to laugh while I was trying to order. Then I waited three times as long as I ever have for my food and it still hadn’t arrived, so I left and went to KFC down the street and was in and out in about four minutes. These young people need to learn what professionalism is and they need to practice it.

They let you sit in a stall for over 10 minutes before telling you they no longer utilize their stalls, they are drive through only. All it takes is some communication or a sign on the menu directing you to the drive through.
In addition the ice cream is lacking, they barely have any of the "toppings".

So, I have had some good ones and some that were very sad...today's super sonic breakfast burrito was top 2. I sat for a minute after it was delivered thinking it may or not be good. I needed a quick, pass-through breakfast and I love jalapeños with breakfast. It was all perfect. Oh, did I mention, I am sooo ful.

If I could give negative stars it'd be -10. DO NOT go here past 9:30 pm. They will leave you with the red light blinking until the lights go off. If you're in drive thru then it's not any better. I went there tonight and spent 15 minutes at a stall with the red light blinking and then I went to the drive thru, there were 2 cars in front of me. We were in the drive thru for another 10/15 minutes before the line moved (which was right after the lights went off) the car in front of me was informed that they were closed. Not very good customer service at all and I will be re thinking about ALL of my return visits to this location. I've worked fast food and have been made to serve every person who was there before closing time. I'd think a little bit like a customer before y'all keep running your customers away.

My son loves the foot long coney dog. So I'm in there alot. Every time I go I have to wait in drive thru for 10 too 15 20 mins

The last 3 times I've gotten slushies they taste watered down and not enough flavor...they used to b so good...not anymore obviously

This was the worst visit I have ever had at this location. The burger was cold the lettuce was brown. The cheese was hard I pulled it off and threw it away. The bun was soggy on one side. It was awful. And I'm so disappointed because this the sonic I go to the most. I don't know what happened maybe a new cook I don't know but I'm so upset
