The food was absolutely DELICIOUS as always! ! ! For the first time ever. . . I was not pleased with the service. My waitresses (Sam) spent all of her time being elsewhere. I only saw and talked to her three times. When I first sat down, waited more than 15 minutes for her to bring me the bill (and my glass of water had been empty for over 30 minutes), and when she operated the cash register and asked for a tip. I honestly don't know if she is new to the business or not. She is young and probably learning. I still tipped her, regardless of her poor service. Larry usually takes care of me and my elderly parents (Larry has know us forever) and we couldn't ask for better service with him. I wish I had sat in his section. Then I would give another 5-star review. Regardless of this ONE bad experience. . . this is still my FAVORITE place to eat and the people are WONDERFUL! ! ! I just hope that Sam will learn/grow with the company and understand how to take care of her customers.

My family visited the store this past Sunday (Father's Day)around 4:30 and I just wanted to let you know that the food on the bar was amazing, especially the Steak and Ribs. The young lady that greeted us when we walked in and sat us was nice and friendly, we also noticed that she was working her behind off to keep the food on the bar full fresh and clean, which it was she did an excellent job, even though she was running back and forth from cash register to bar.(i think her name tag said Tracy) i just wanted to say thank you to the staff for always making sure we are well taken care of.

The food is great, no wait for seating or service. Our server Amanda was very nice and kind. Did periodic checks on us and cleaned the table and refilled our drinks while we were at the bar. So perfect social distancing. It's been a while since I've had service this good. I do like how they are requiring new gloves to the buffet that they provide for each trip to the bar. Its really peaceful here. Quiet and professional. Definitely a place I will be returning to.

Definitely don't like the breakfast food that is cooked in the fryer like the bacon and hash browns with no onions in it. Then put it in your warmers and it turns into gravel that will break your teeth when you try to eat it. Complained maybe 10 different times over the years. Here is a review for possibly not having a good cook.
