Little Caesars

Absolutely horrible service. Walked in , no counter help. People standing all over waiting. Should have checked pizzas. 1 burnt ,1 toppings in center only, crust was 3" wide. Won't answer phones. Corporate Don't answer complaints. Wish I could give a ZERO star. Totally incompetent people. I know why I don't eat here anymore. Garbage . The DiGiorno I bought locally was better.

Well to start I love Little Ceasars I've had it in Canada and the US traveling with work in probably 30 states lol Employees here were super nice seemed a little busy considering the time was after 6 everyone is hungry at the same time. That being said they didnt even try with the pizza🤣🤷‍♂️ (see photo) yes it tastes the same but come on? It's not hard to just do it right, I worked at a local pizza place for 5 years i know how it works and how hectic it can be but the way a customer sees the product 100% affects the outcome of satisfaction. Almost any customer would much rather have a little quality over getting their product a little faster.

This location just sent my wife home with the wrong order. They gave her no receipt. Just spoke with Elizabeth, who claimed to be a manager. She was VERY rude and unhelpful. I even offered to bring the entire order back to trade in for the correct food. I was told if I had my receipt, she could exchange. If not, her hands are tied. I will never return to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER have any pizzas HOT n Ready to go. You have to place order online and wait at least 30 mins to and hour to pick it up. Their customer service is terrible. I have asked to speak with a manager twice and I have yet to come at a time when one is available. They gave my order to someone else yesterday so I wont be returning to this location again. Worst service ever! Oh and they don't even bother cutting the pizzas, I've got multiple pizzas from there and had to go home and cut them myself.

Terrible location. Got one of the sloppiest pizzas ever. Reached out to customer service to complain and requested a call back but it never happened. Tried to order again a few months later and the app was down (assuming that’s not the locations fault) so I tried to call and place my order. Nobody ever answered after the automated recording put me on hold (waited 5 minutes and it was 3:30 PM). Awful customer service! Avoid this location & order pizza somewhere else if possible.

Walked in to pick up my order and another customer walked in behind me. When the cashier hung up the phone she ignored me and asked the man behind what he had and proceeded to check him out in front of me. I told her I didn’t appreciate her cutting him in front of me and she stated he was with door dash. Then she proceeded to argue with me and try to convince me that she didn’t cut him in front of me. I told her I was in line before he walked in the door and she argued with me all the way out the door. I will NEVER buy little caesar’s again!
