Mcdonald's

Worst service EVER! No fries, drove back to get them to only receive half of what was ordered. No sauce on Mcribs. One was made with 2 bottom buns. Cheeseburgers drowned in ketchup. Almost a $30.00 order that was so screwed up we got dressed and went to Aubrey's just down the road from them. No sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets, but they gave us 2 bbq for 20 nuggets. And they feel like they should earn $15.00 an hour. What a joke.

This place was way under staffed and I understand that it is hard to find help. They almost needed to shut down operations to catch up on orders. I tried to order from the kiosk, kiosk was dirty and really didn't want to work but I kept trying. The code was entered from my account into the kiosk and it accepted the offer but when I want to checkout it, the code was removed. I said forget it and placed the order with my phone and it took the order and saw the order pop up into the screen. I went back out to the car to wait as there were a few orders ahead of me. I got the notification stating "Thank you for your order" which means the order was completed. I was waiting for my friend to come out and didn't after a few minutes which let me know something wasn't right. I went in and saw our order number was gone off the screen but my friend didn't have food. It had been at least 20 minutes since the order was placed and still no food. No one was taking orders at the register and it was chaos watching the employees trying to fill orders. I happened to see our order just sitting there but no one was paying attention and I tried to get someones attention to no avail. I finally said excuse me and one worker was not happy I said that and a manager moved her aside. I kindly asked if I could get my order as it was right there and it appeared they forgot it was there. I said it has been 20+ minutes since I ordered and the one worker was like so.... All in all I was there over 45 minutes between the kiosk issue and not getting the order. Do the drive thru if you go here and have a prayer. We almost left and should have.

SUPER EXCELLENT!! 10 STARS. got there at 10:28 was hoping for breakfast, well nope, it was a time zone thing, and the drive thru was at pull in, and looking at parking lot inside could not be any better so we suffered the line. Can we say we pulled out of the parking lot with food in hand at 10:38. Exceptional team work 👏

I stop at the MC Donalds allot but I’m being to question that decision. It just keeps going down hill. I ordered a fish sandwich & hot fudge sundae first the sundae was only filled half way with ice cream then I opened my sandwich and there was tater sauce all inside the box & on the outside of my bun! Yes I did make them remake both! I’m going to get what I paid for not what they think is going to pass!

On the inside place is a mess everyone waited on order at least 10 to 15 minutes. One customer waited so long he was inside leaning on a closed cash regester.amazon jackett I guess he gave up on his order Took 10 minutes to order and at least 10 minutes to get 2 fish fillers The bun were hard as rock and the last time I got a fish fillet it had cheese on it I thought Almost every order from drive up was coming back inside order was wrong My sandwich tool one bite through both away One lady working the young guy really just calling out numbers Not do nothing Manager I think she was look depressed and like why try The older lady basically said hard to get good help Go to a lot of McDonald's all over U S Seems to be a problem everywhere
