Took 20 minutes to even get your order. Once we got our food and sat down we had to listen to a worker screaming( her version of singing) until a crowd of workers come. Now the cleanliness OMG nasty nasty nasty!!!!! I am actually posting pictures of the nastiness, and these are at 10:30 in the morning just after they opened

Service is horrible, as it is at almost every subway. I understand that when you have as many locations as subway has, they're not all going to be running flawlessly. But that being said, subway has become a joke. Everybody I know hates subway but they still go there when they're in a fix and don't want to eat fast food burgers, but guess what... subway really is not much better for you and it's so poorly managed that it will most definitely collapse as soon as it faces decent competition. At best, subway is the definition of mediocre, but this location is absolutely horrible. I'd love to name the employee that gave such horrible service, but the fact is, it's not her fault it's management's fault. This location sucks, but any subway that doesn't suck is a diamond in the rough. Get it together, please, I'd love to bring business to your establishment, but your service is absolutely horrible.

Went to subway tonight, placed my order online for pickup at 9:30 pm 02/18/19.
Got there at 9:35 and my food wasnt even finished, the cashier then goes on to tell me that 2 of the 3 subs i ordered cannot be made correctly due to not having sauce, i understood that so i asked if the 2 subs could be swapped for diffrent subs, the cashier tells me NO , i asked for a refund then because i dont want 2 subs that aren't correct, he told me NO they dont do that. So i had to get the subs i paid for that wasn't what i ordered! So as im getting my food i asked for the cashiers name (HE DIDNT HAVE A NAME TAG)and store managers name, he refused to tell me! I asked for corporates number he said go look it up online. So i said okay sir, have a goodnight ill call in the morning, as im walking away this cashier said in the most snarkest voice ma'am fast food places run out of stuff. I said i understand that but you could of called to tell me that my order couldnt be made correctly! So i get home and the bacan ranch sub i ordered it had ONIONS ON IT THAT WASNT ORDERED AS WELL AS CUCUMBER, THE 2 PIZZA SUBS ORDERED DIDNT HAVE ANY MARINERA SAUCE I will defiantly be calling in first thing to speak with store manager ! As well as corporate the customer service i experienced tonight was unacceptable!

Mattie/Maddy ? provided excellent customer service. I also noticed how she washed her hands more than once which shows cleanliness. Good job!

That always to be expected Subway experience. Sandwich artists didn't have to be asked to add more of any toppings. They proportioned them great by themselves.

They were quick, kind, and the quality was better than any other Subway I've been to. 13/10 would recommend

Had my wife call to see if they still had the special for any two footlongs for 10.99 anyday after 8pm we where informed that they still have the special but for a limited time then had my brother go pick up and was told after making the food that the special had expired and on top of that they completely screwed up sandwiches thanks alot
