Papa Johns Pizza

I placed an order for carryout. My daughter and her husband were out running errands, so they picked up my carryout order to drop off on their way home. They decided to purchase a couple 2-liters for themselves (which are obviously overpriced a pizza joint anyways...), and they were charged $16 for their 2-liters. My son-in law paid it thinking he was also paying for my order. When they found out I already paid for mine, they asked the manager for a refund for the 2-liters because the advertised price was not anywhere near the $16 they paid. He refused. Corporate customer service was no help. My family and her's will no longer do business with this company.

I went Inside to order my pizza. While there I witnessed an employee wipe her nose with her hand and immediately start tossing pizza crusts. I brought it quietly to the managers attention. She was not asked to go wash her hands. The manager spoke to me quietly about my concerns while I picked up my order. I wasn't angry just disappointed. I will not be going back. I threw out my pizza when I returned home.
