Papa Johns Pizza

I tried to give this place a chance. They’re just not consistent with the quality of their food. The wings never come with enough sauce and the pizza never seems fresh. I uploaded pics of the sauce-less wings that I won’t be eating🤮 I paid for sauce on my wings and I expectbit to be as such. This place should be shut down.

I normally do not write reviews. This time I was disappointed in the service of Papa Johns. I requested and paid for 2 extra sauces and did not receive them. Also, the delivery person did not knock on the door to alert the pizza was delivered. I checked online to see the status of my order and quickly learned the pizza had been delivered. Typically I have no issues whatsoever. Hopefully this location can get back on track.

They deserve 5 stars for the simple fact that they've been under staffed for a while. So much so they've called my store because I too work at papa johns and had me fill in as one of their drivers. If you are out in the clinton highway area and think delivering is for you definitely apply now, they could really use the help.

Was told to go wait in my car after I placed order they were clearly not busy at all! I was told pizza would be out in 10 minutes and it has almost been clearly a half an hour and I'm sitting in my car watching them stand around and talk and just have a merry ole time. Management in this location needs to get it together!

Papa Johns makes good pizza and me and my sister enjoy it. I don't enjoy however rude delivery drivers. I forgot to add a tip when ordering on the app and I was going to fix that when I could but later when the pizza was being delivered to my sister. This old man in a BLUE mini van raced up our driveway and got it my sisters face and DEMANDED A tip. It was an accident and I was going to tip the driver as soon as I could but If I knew that was going to happen I would CHARGE the driver for driving up MY DRIVEWAY dangerously. Unacceptable. Ya'll better do something about this driver or I will call corporate Papa Johns and they will. That was simply unacceptable.

I was very excited to order Papa John's pizza today. It was 10:40 am when I submitted the order And it says it will take appropriately 29minutes. After while. When I was checking the order status it shows my order is on its way. But after about 50 minutes later, my order wasn't still come but suddenly the order status says it was delivered. So I called the store and they have an attitude and were very unlikely, carelessly taking the issue. They said she will be bringing yours soon. So I hung up and waited another 10minutes and it still didn't come. At this time my wife called them again and not kindly they said we told the guy that she should be there soon. So my wife asked them why the order status was being delivered. They couldn't say anything about it. So we hung up. After 5 minutes later, my order finally came with cold. Basically, my order took approximately 1hour and 30minutes not approximately 29 minutes. I do not know I will order food here again I love Papa john's but how this location handles the issue was terrible.

Whoever runs this branch needs to do a review how this place is managed. Order was suppose to be ready at 5:45 when I asked the girl working the front if my order was ready all I got was an “I don't know” seems some of the staff members are high or don’t know what they are doing. Been sitting here for 30 min and still have no idea when my food will be ready. Worst experience at trying to pick up a to go order ever. Would not recommend
