Domino's Pizza

I placed a big order (5 pizza) online) at Asheville Hwy Knoxville TN at 11am for the Drs office that I work for. I chose a 12:15 pick up time. When I got there at 12:10, the young man told me that the pick up time actually meant the time that he started making the pizza????? This made no sense!!!! Then he said that it would take an additional 30 minutes to make my order and 2 minutes per pizza just to prepare the dough. He was polite but pick up time means pick up time. I gave him 1 hour and 15 minutes advanced time. He said he would refund my $50 plus dollars but the best I can tell, I was refunded less than $20. I left with no food and the Doctors office that I work for didn't get lunch that day. 1 hour and 15 minutes was plenty of time to make our food. Now I'm afraid to even place an order there again. Domino's was my favorite pizza

The food has gotten better in the past couple of years, more like other Domino's we've had, but they have still not recovered from Covid or else they are not getting any support from upper management. We placed an order tonight around 5:50pm, and at 8:00pm the app notified us that the delivery driver had left. We waited on the phone for 30 minutes to try and cancel the order or find out if we needed to pick it up, but no one ever picked up. When we saw the driver had left we hung up. The driver, Taylor got here in 15 minutes. The order is usually always accurate, you just never know when or if it's going to come. Definitely need better communication or a way to shut off orders if the staff are getting backed up.

We have tried for two days to place an online order at this location with zero success. First day the app was offline and today it said the location was unable to process online orders and to call the store directly. I tried to call the store and got an automated recording which ask me for my address, I told it my address and it said that we were outside of the service area. We have ordered from this location many times with no issues. You can not get the 20% off or the rewards for using the online or the app if you call the store directly to order. We called Papa John's, basically across the street and ordered with no issues. Probably won't play this game again.

Every time we order here for delivery our order is always cold. We don't have very many options for this side of town. I would rather drive across town to pick up my order than to wait for the Asheville highway store to deliver. How is this place still open?????? I only gave two stars because Domino's has white sauce.

Last night I went to Domino’s on Asheville Highway to pick up my pizza. While waiting on my order the man who later claimed to be the owner seemed very agitated. He was shouting in a loud voice, Slamming things around, and then began using foul language. I had my nine-year-old granddaughter with me so I asked him if he could watch his language. He then proceeded to tell me that he was sure that she had heard worse than that and that it was his store he was the owner and he would say or do anything he pleased. He said he was going to cancel my order and throw me out of the store. By this time my granddaughter was so upset she was crying. I told him he was scaring her. He replied that he had seen scared kids before and she didn’t look like one. He then said I had 3 seconds to leave the store or he was calling the police. After 3 seconds he grabbed his phone and started dialing. By then my granddaughter was asking to go to the car so I asked the other employee to please bring my order to the car and we went outside. He brought my pizza out and said the owner was calling the police. Because of my granddaughter I had to leave. I won’t go there again.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered pizza from Domino's on asheville hwy. It took an hour and a half to get it I called and told them it was call and ask them to remake the order they said we will replace one but not both. So a couple days later I went in the store to talk to the manager his name was Peyton when I pulled up ge was outside sitting in his car . Told him what happened he called me a liar and said he would not replace the oer he said I just wanted free pizza like other customers. I told him I was gonna call corporate he said go ahead thry won't do anything were short handed and they will belive me. He was right I called corporate and still haven't heard back from they . I will never go there again and I dont recommend anyone else eat l. You don't understand that guy Peyton says he is manager he is rude and cussed the customer's and he doesn't answer the phone.

Just ordered from there tonight, they said 30 min delivery time, 2 and a half hours later it was still in quality check status, so my husband went down to pick it up , and the 2 that were working, one being the manager, Payton, threw a fit, threw things around the building after my husband told him he didn't want cold pizza , that had been sitting on a shelf, so the guys both had really smart mouths, told him they weren't making any new pizzas, and were cussing and throwing stuff, . Payton said he was the manager, but if he's the manager, he needs to learn about customer appreciation, and customer is always right! Don't expect good customer service there . That is rediculus of a grown man to act that way.
